First timer at Worldmark & would definitely come again. Spacious, inviting, & clean just like at home. Came with a group of friends & family…Fred’s place was nice & quiet. Can’t wait to come again next summer.

Fred is a superb host. They gave us clear instructions for getting to the condo and left a helpful collection of notes for us to use. The condo is stylish and located in a fantastic area, within easy walking distance. Top-notch AirBnB experience, polite and accurate communication combined with elegant and well-located condo.

The room we got was nice and spacious. It was definitely a plus to have a space took cook our own meals. The kitchen was nice and well equipped, we even used the small grill outside to cook steak. We used the pool, hot tub, billiards, and ping pong table. There’s even a small arcade area we spent our time at! Texting housekeeping was a quick and easy process when we needed more things. They replied quickly. They even have a small gym on site but we didn’t get a chance to use. Plenty of parking near our suite. Only thing to mention is that the WiFi wasn’t free. Overall we had a great stay and checking out was really quick and easy.

We ended up being a group of 3 and we really enjoyed the space and the town. We needed a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle and this place helped us disconnect and recharge for the weekend.

What a beautiful resort! Family friendly and step away from the lake. The view is spectacular! The hosts make sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your time and the resort is very accommodating even during our current pandemic.

WorldMark, is one of the best places to stay at clear lake, we had a nice view of the lake, the unit was very clean and smelling good, the fishing was amazing 👍🏾. Looking forward to next year.

My husband and I had a great stay! This condo was very spacious and had everything we needed and more! A very relaxing trip!

We enjoyed our stay, perfect for a family. The room is very spacious and the pool is clean and spacious. Great view of the lake. We got our groceries 3 minutes away so we had everything needed in order not to leave the place. One thing to note is the surrounding neighborhoods and areas are all rundown vs there rest of the lake which is more well kept. But we loved it and were very comfortable, heaven for kids!

Great stay at the Worldmark location in Nice. Great on property hospitality. Dont miss gems like the Blue Wing Saloon for a great meal in Upper Lake. Nice spot to enjoy a timeshare type room with terrific staff on site to help with anything.

Place was great and staff was pleasant! Tawny was super responsive and understanding. The pool there is awesome! The only thing is that the lake is not very good for swimming and there is no close access to it. I should have read more about Clearlake.

this was my first time getting an Airbnb. Fred made the experience stress free. got back to us in a timely manner whenever we had any questions. the place was very nice and we had a great time. would rent again. thank you Fred!
