Guest house holiday rentals in Clayton County

This is my second stay at Grace’s and I got to enjoy more of the great walkability to downtown Decatur during a longer visit. The location is so convenient and quiet at night despite the busy road because the apartment is set back behind her house. It feels very safe too. I’d definitely recommend staying at Grace’s when visiting Atlanta.

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

A great Airbnb in a wonderful location with flexible hosts!

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic, secluded and private spot in a great neighborhood. Loved the chickens roaming in the backyard. Walkable to Virginia Highlands main section of restaurants and bars. Happened to be there for Porchfest which was a lot of fun. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would stay again.

Ten minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Decatur. There is also a MARTA station in Decatur, so it is ideal for someone who wants to spend time in downtown Atlanta but not stay overnight in downtown Atlanta. Very comfortable apartment over a garage. Some steps involved in getting there, but this should not be a problem for most people.

This was the cleanest and coziest place I've ever stayed at. Everything was in order, the location was great and the host was super nice. Book this place, you won't be disappointed!

Very nice and comfy stay at Laura's and the Decatur neighborhood was cozy, walkable and filled with nice bars and restaurants.

Very cozy property, however, well kept and private. Hosts were very responsive and courteous; would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here! Very clear instructions. Cute tiny home with everything you need. Super comfy bed and adorable outdoor space. Mario and Rosella were very communicative and proactive. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful place, very nice hosts, everything you need for a short stay. Address was a little hard to find because the mailbox was buried in a bush. The stairs into the apartment/basement are very steep so you must be able to use them.

First time in Atlanta, had a fantastic time. Beautiful and cozy place, perfect for anyone that is traveling through and needs somewhere nice to stay!

I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and safe here! Response time was quick and there were no issues while staying. Very cute and clean functional place. Loved how detailed the host were! I was surprised to find all different types of coffees, organic cane sugar, popcorn and I’m pretty sure I saw oatmeal as well as an option if one so desired. I loved the layout of the space and it worked perfect for what I needed! All instructions were very clear and things were easy to find inside. I would for sure rent this place out again should I find myself back in ATL!

Dora and Hugo were amazing, caring , and friendly. Very responsive and willing to help make me feel comfortable during the stay. Would recommend them and looking forward to future stays .

I spent over 3 weeks and enjoyed my time at this Airbnb. David & Jen were very communicative about any questions I had and helped my modify my arrival dates when I had a curveball thrown my way. The space itself is very clean and well done. Feels like a nice boutique home/room. Bathroom is nice, Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

The space was perfect for a weekend getaway! There were lots of little touches like a sound machine, charging station, and water filter. The space is obviously new and smelled like a spa! The only downside was neighbors were playing loud music both nights of the weekend but the hosts were proactive about it with the sound machine. I would stay here again!

During my review, there was an option that stated something on the lines of “did your stay match the description/photos?” Ummm…MUCH BETTER in real life! So peaceful, cozy & completely perfect for a weekend (or longer!) stay in the ATL area. My friend & I were SO DELIGHTED in every way. Everything worked perfectly & the space is tucked away so peacefully w/ easy access to all the action & various neighborhoods around the city. Also super stylish & well-designed. We absolutely loved it & wished to stay longer! Highly recommend & would DEF stay here again 😀

Steve's place was the perfect weekend getaway. I visited Atlanta to visit my son, who just bought a home. His house was still a wreck and I figured he could have a stay-cation and I didn't want to spend my time moving furniture and unpacking. The loft was exactly as pictured. The garden was beautiful. I enjoyed having coffee and toast out on the deck as the sun came up, listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and chipmunks. Everything was clean, tidy and in working order. High-speed wi-fi and a Smart TV we were able to cast to. And, the water pressure in the shower was great! I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Atlanta...maybe even after my son's home is ready. The neighborhood is amazing, historical and gentrified. Shops, restaurants and groceries all within walking distance. Quick Uber rides to attractions. Thank you!

Great space, great communication. We came for a celebration of life and it was a short drive to the location which was at the airbase.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect amount of space for 2 of us and is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We appreciated the high-end linens and not having to bring shampoo/conditioner. It’s situated in the adorable Morningside area and close to restaurants and bars. When we return to Atlanta again, we will 100% stay here again.

Jeffrey's place is just lovely and even nicer than the pictures provided on the site. It is very spacious, homey, and clean; perfect for two. I loved the decor as well as sitting on the front porch. Jeffrey responded to messages promptly. I highly recommend The Moreland and will definitely book again on my next trip to Atlanta!
