Holiday rentals with lake access in Clay County

Simply awesome !!!! The house had anything you can think of . Inside and out was spotless. And the area is beyond beautiful, I will definitely try to come back ! The owners were very accommodating and took care of everything we needed. Like I said, simply awesome !!!!!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful cabin overlooking Lake Chatuge, and we want to come back every year. The screened in porch is a great place for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee, and watching the lake. The space inside gave us everything we needed to rest and relax for the weekend, and the showers had great water pressure (which is not always the case with other places we’ve stayed!). Mary has always been so kind to interact with and very accommodating.

Place was perfect. I message Sara beforehand about a keurig and she added one. So thoughtful. We will be back!

Shannon was incredibly helpful, communicative, and flexible. Her place was epic, as advertised. 10/10 recommend!

We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, and beautiful. The house was extremely spacious and had everything we needed. Including tons of games to keep the kids occupied, would definitely stay again

The home was exactly as described and the hosts were extremely responsive. The dock was our favorite part - it had a great view and was super comfortable. Also, the basement with foosball and ping pong was a great place to hang out. We will be back again soon!

The house is beautiful, very cozy, quiet neighborhood. It is minutes from the supermarket and less than 40 minutes from Helen (a beautiful town). But the house needs a good cleaning. The kitchen is very well equipped and that was a very positive point. We had a problem with the shower in the bathroom in the basement which was broken, and because it was Christmas they couldn't get anyone to fix it, but we were family so it didn't cause any inconvenience. The barbecue was not clean.

My family and I (8 total) spent a week at the Great Lake rental and loved everything about it. The home is beautiful and spacious and very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and the local recommendations of hiking, waterfalls and restaurants were spot on. We all had a wonderful week and look forward to a return trip in the future. Highly recommend this rental.

What a beautiful and peaceful location on Lake Chatuge! The view is stunning and the place is so clean and comfortable. The bedroom is very spacious and the king size bed was so comfortable. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets too. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it is updated nicely. It’s a great little place to stay and visit the area!

Our second stay at Debi's beautiful b&b was great! We're grateful for her and her space, sharing the nature and peace with us. Can't wait to return for a third time :)

Margarita's place had everything we needed, and were looking for for an impromptu weekend getaway. It was close to the Jackrabbit trails, which we enjoyed with friends, and the lake. Plus, we enjoyed a bonus sunset drink, with some great food truck bbq, on the new dock bar! We would definitely stay again.

Adorable efficiency suite . Great view of the lake and suitable areas to walk our dog. Very clean and quiet. Was an easy drive into Hiawassee.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. Good layout for a family of 3 or 4. Thank you for your availability to respond to questions and being a great host.

The resort is lovely! It’s a nice get away. Just keep in mind cell service is limited in this area! It’s beautiful. 😍

Cozy, clean cottage with a comfy bed. Stayed a week and enjoyed it, close to lake. Quiet area but you can hear footsteps from above since it’s a duplex.

We spent Easter weekend here. As we drove in the wild azaleas and dogwoods were blooming, and everything afterwards was just as beautiful and peaceful. My teenagers loved kayaking and my daughter liked the pond so well she slept on the daybed on the porch. I appreciated the feather pillows and reverse osmosis water. Attention has been paid to every detail. I called my Nana to show her the antique desks. My small children enjoyed the toys and my middle son using the pully bucket on the porch. My daughter celebrated a birthday over our stay, more movie guests showed up than expected and I just couldn't turn these kids away. Our hosts were so kind. They of course charged a little extra as was clearly understood via the contract, they were very understanding and polite. The lock to the boat seems to be jamed, the downstairs fireplace is currently non operational, and I'm not sure I'll get back a thumb drive I forgot, but this family has worked hard to create really special place. Five star

This was one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. I can’t speak highly enough about this cottage and its surroundings. It was luxurious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. Close to town with great shops and restaurants, but also very private and serene. One of the best trips we have taken in a very long time. I can’t recommend this beautiful home enough.

Highlands, NC is a can’t-miss retreat. On top of that, the hidden bear cottage provided a peaceful, quiet, quaint stay. Staying nearly two weeks in the cottage provided much opportunity to utilize their fire pit, kitchen, hot showers, puzzles, neighborhood walks, etc. We would happily stay there again.

Me and my girlfriend visited Helen and blue ridge and decided to wind down here for a night, extremely nice and well done cottage, has everything you need and he even provided a jug of spring water for us in the fridge, shower was nice along with the lighting in it, Mr. Willie is a good man and wished us safe travels and goodbye before we checked out, would recommend to anyone trying to see blue ridge or Helen, beautiful morning view in the driveway too. You have an ingles down the road so that’s very useful as well!

Patsy’s place was the perfect weekend getaway for our family. Seeing it with our own eyes was even better than the pictures on the listing. Beautiful lake front. Multiple outside dining and grilling spaces and a dock. There were only 4 of us but 3-4 more peeps could’ve joined us comfortably. Patsy was great with communicating and answering our questions. We would come back.

We had a great experience here! It was just the right place for our one night stay to go to a family wedding. Owner was very friendly and helpful!

We spent Christmas here. It was a great cabin and dog friendly. Ravi is an excellent communicator and really want’s feedback to ensure his guests are getting the best experience. We would definitely rent again. It is only 35 minutes from Helen GA and close to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
