This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 16 had an amazing stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious—no one ever felt crowded—and perfectly set up for a large group. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone and made the stay feel like a true getaway. There were plenty of common areas for meals and games, and each room was comfortable and private. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for a relaxing and fun space!

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

Loved this home! Pictures don’t do it justice. It is SO homey. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is basically stocked 100%. The porch, deck, and patio have tons of furniture so you can stay cozy outside! Pool wasn’t opened yet, but it is huge with a diving board! Great communication from owners. You can tell they genuinely care about this home.

Martha’s place was absolutely beautiful and just the perfect size for our group! We had no issues and is easy to find/access! Martha was also very responsive and made sure we got in and settled! Loved that she checked in on us throughout our stay!

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

So much to do in this house and so spacious! It’s decorated so cute and kept very clean, we could tell the cleaners had just been there! Zach was very responsive and the instructions were easy to understand and follow. This house is set up to keep the stress away and enjoy all the amenities!

The location is in a beautiful neighborhood and the house is easily accessible from multiple different routes and easy to find. It was very welcoming upon entering the house and everything we needed for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable in the house. We ventured out and stumbled into North Kansas City and the night life even with our young son was very enjoyable. Cathy was very quick with communications about questions we had for her regarding the house. I will definitely keep her house in my favorites in case we come back to Kansas City again.

This was my second stay. Lauren's house in KC is a gem - the yard and outdoor space feels open and free, refreshing. The house is fresh and clean and not overdone. I have a 1 and 3 year old and it's easy to stay here. Cannot recommend enough, will stay again.

This location was very clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated. All our family members were comfortable and had their own space. We were busy with outside activities and were gone a lot but it was nice to come back to this clean, comfortable house.

The home was exactly as the pictures showed. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but within a few minutes drive of lots of restaurants and businesses. There were some Keurig cups left for us, and plenty of dishes to use. When we first walked in, the air was a bit stuffy and an old/stale smell, but once we started the air conditioning, the smell dissipated quickly. Overall it was a great stay, though, and we found the property to be just right for our needs.

This is our second time staying at the cottage, and it was just as good as our first experience. It’s nestled in a small town just 30 minutes away from Kansas City, MO. The owners are very attentive and strive to make your stay comfortable. The place was clean, decor emphasized that cottage vibe. The kitchen is beautiful and resembles the 50s era. We love the shower, it’s spacious and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and clean. The owners checked in with us before we got there asking if there was anything we would like to have, they even provided complimentary wine knowing we were celebrating our anniversary. If you’re a cat lover, then you will definitely enjoy the kitties outside that just love to be pet. Overall, you can’t ask for a better hostess or a better place to get away to relax. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars!!!!

Enjoyed our stay here. Loved being able to walk to all the places on Broadway. Felt completely safe. Place was immaculate. Kitchen is a bit different but very usable. Beds were comfortable. We love the little town of Excelsior Springs!

We enjoyed our stay in Kansas City. This home was close to great food and the free street car line - very walkable. The home itself was perfect for what we needed with new appliances and a great bathroom. There is noise from the train lines at night but that was to be expected and is at no fault of the owner. We liked that the home was still in the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Communication was clear and friendly. If we visit KC again we would seek out this accommodation again.

The home was cozy and comfortable. It was centrally located for all of our events. Haley was fantastic to work with. Every was exactly as described and the home worked perfectly for our needs.

This was my family’s second time staying here! It is extremely convenient to get to the city market and surrounding areas! Everything is always clean and peaceful. We will hopefully be returning again in the fall!

We stayed at Patty’s home for several months while we waited for our home to be built in the area. Her home was exactly what we needed! Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, comfortable king sized bed (and extra beds), and all the comforts of home during our transition time. Patty was a super responsive and kind host, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend her home in Gladstone!
