Holiday rentals with a patio in Clay County

Fred’s place was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of parking for our transit van and a great pub across the street. We loved sitting on the porch and would definitely stay again!!

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate a wedding in KC. Everything was in top notch condition and extremely clean. The host was helpful and checked in throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

Lovely, clean, and well-stocked place to stay! It was so generous of our host to have a few cold drinks and snacks available, after a long travel day, it made it feel like home. Lots of top-notch little parks nearby to go for a stroll.

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

This place is awesome! Such a quaint little place! An absolute must stay!

Kellie’s place was great for our couple of day stopover in KC! Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes of the doorstep. Cozy couch and bed. Kellie is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay! Thanks for everything!

Ryan & Michelle host a very cozy spot with very beautiful surroundings & scenery. Their hardwork shows in both landscaping & cleanliness throughout the property and house. It was a pleasure to meet them both, very nice people! Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

Jake's place was beautiful. We were continually surprised at how close we were to many attractions. The neighborhood could be a bit loud at times, but we expected that in a big city. We always travel with a sound machine for sleeping, so it was no problem. Light switches were labeled clearly for us, which was helpful. The bed was super comfortable. Checkout was super easy, as Jake handled everything for us. This may have been the nicest airbnb we've stayed in.

What a beautiful home in the country! Shannon was an amazing communicator and very helpful in the very few instances needed. The house was extremely clean and had all of the things, small and large, needed for the trip. I also had 2 dogs with me on the trip and Shannon had 2 dog kennels in an air conditioned garage that worked out perfectly for the couple of times I left the house for longer lengths of time. I also worked from the house for a few days and used the little office under the stairs. Overall, a solid property that I would love to stay at again on future trips back home to the KC outskirts. What a gorgeous place! Nestled into a beautifully wooded lot in an established neighborhood, this modern house had everything we could possibly need. The number of bedrooms and full bathrooms was perfect for our larger group. Getting ready was a breeze without having to wait in line for a shower or worry about hot water running out. Super comfy couches and plenty of seating in the living room was great for a movie night and the beautiful kitchen made me want to move in!! Would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

Loved staying here during my vacation and visiting family. Took the stress off by having great communication with the hosts and a key less entry to the house. Very quiet and cozy area with everything that I needed while being away from home. Thank you!

Marks place was just close enough to town but in a relaxing tucked away private area. The place was very neat and clean. The hot tub was perfect at night. The scenery was wonderful. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, Mark is your guy.

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

We enjoyed our time at Pamela’s property. Loved the park view. Very easy to get around. Lots of great areas within walking distance. Very comfy bed. Fully stocked if you want to stay in. Bathroom area is a little tight, but totally doable. Street parking and we never had an issue getting a spot. Would definitely stay again and really appreciate the wonderful, quick communication.

It was a good location close to my sister's place and within 25 minutes of Children's Mercy on Broadway. It was a nice place for the 4 of us. My bed in the basement was very comfy.
