Stayed here for five weeks while moving into a new house. Allison was a great host and always available if I needed anything. If you’ve never been to Athens this location is unbeatable. Beautiful neighborhood and a short walk to Five Points.

Nice place, good location, clean. Getting down the hill from the driveway to the unit can be a little cumbersome with the slope.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The grounds and surrounding area are so pretty and peaceful. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, and quick to respond both before and during our stay. Loved the hot tub too!

Exactly as described! Extremely friendly hosts, spotless property and the perfect respite for me while my husband and son attended their first GA game.

Lovely surroundings! Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of trees and greenery. We had a great stay. Anytime we reached out, the hosts responded quickly. The price was very reasonable, and the accommodations were great for our weekend visiting family. Cell service isn't great because it's very rural, but that's most of Danielsville.

Wally is a gem! Not only is he the most courteous and helpful host, he has a wealth of history in his place. I enjoyed his book collection and seeing his photos from his time in the Navy. I feel like I know him personally now. Thank you for a great stay and than you for your service, Wally!

Overall I’d say it was a great stay! I was there for just one night for a school conference. It was quiet and peaceful. It was on the third floor but good lighting throughout the building and steps. Door locked and space was peaceful.

Christy and Jason’s suite was absolutely perfect for us. Very fresh, clean, bright, lots of space and close to everywhere we needed to be! They were wonderful and responsive hosts.

This was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. We travel with a pet and there was a crate, bedding and treats waiting for our furry friend. We also have severe asthma which required special cleaning needs. Our needs were met and then some. I am not sure if they were brought in for us or they are always there, but there were even air purifiers through the apartment. Everything you could need was easy to find. The beds and bedding were so cozy, and the yard and environment was so calming and peaceful. Thank you for such an awesome stay!

Angela was very responsive and gave clear instructions on check in, details on the rental, and check out. The property surrounding the rental was beautiful and "beeing" there was so convenient for the events we had over the weekend. The kitchen was stocked with all needed supplies for cooking meals and everything was very clean.

I had such a nice stay at Michael's! The temperature was great, bathroom was spotless. Loved the extra big towel. lots of fans in the room if you need some ambient noise. very comfy king size bed. He provided bottled water and a keurig coffee machine with both to go cups and for drinking at the house. Michael even greeted me when i wasnt where the entrance to the unit was. probably because i didn't read the instructions carefully. Will definitely be back!

Great location especially for moving in and out of the University - close to Kroger and TJ Max and others we needed to go to. Also got a break for myself and strolled around the lovely neighborhood. The suite seems bigger than the pictures.

We had a great weekend staying at Lauren's place. The neighborhood was quiet, and we even had some deer outside the house every day. We'd absolutely book this house again, and lots of thanks to the awesome hosts!!

Spacious basement apartment tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood with parking. This was perfect for UGA graduation and move out day. Patty was a wonderful host! We would most definitely return!

The place was very clean and has a lot to offer. The porch area was especially nice and we enjoyed our coffee sitting out the each morning. A little too busy on the interior decoration but that made it very unique. Freezer was full of food when we arrived and I’m glad we didn’t need any space in it. It was graduation weekend so prices were all bit high everywhere in the area. The location was close enough to downtown that uber rides were under $20. Overall, I would recommend the cottage to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay at.
