We were in Athens for a wedding and home-based in Tom and Ashlie’s‘s place. They were so easy to work with, the house and pool were beautiful, and the place provided the perfect respite as we went back-and-forth to wedding events. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again.

Brian's place was great for visiting Athens. Quick to get to the university. This was definitely one of the cleaner airbnbs we've stayed at in a while. Very responsive host. Plenty of amenities, and a fun space to hang out with friends. Would definitely recommend, go dawgs.

we loved our time there! They have a unique spot, the multi-purpose extension of the living room area is especially different and fun. The outdoor amenities were serene, and made it all the more worth while. We loved the noon check out time too!!

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

My family was in Monroe for a wedding. The house provided all we needed for our group. We enjoyed the pool table and had lots of space for sleeping.

Our family loved Patrick & Jordan’s place! The amenities were enjoyable, the porch was peaceful and the beds were so comfortable!! The home was spacious. You can tell that they have put a lot of time and energy into restoring and decorating the home. As hosts, I cannot say enough kind things about Patrick and Jordan. They were gracious and responsive. Thank you for hospitality and we hope to return! Town was a close walk. There is a cute park with playground nearby that my kids enjoyed, as well. Be sure to check out the Monroe Pizzeria (delivers too)!

I booked this house for my daughter’s bridesmaids for the wedding weekend. I originally booked for two nights and then realized we needed a third night. Brandon was very accommodating and set up a new contract within a few minutes of my request. It had plenty of space for the girls to relax and enjoy the pool. The water was cool so I reached out to Brandon to turn the heat on. He responded immediately and the pool heated up quickly. This was my first Airbnb experience and I was very impressed with how everything was run. I would recommend this home and host to anyone who needs a place to stay while visiting Athens.

My sister and husband stayed, loved the Master on the main, he has knee issues. They bragged on how well equipped the house was. My other sister also stayed. Experienced Airbnb people, this was the best experience ever.

We stayed for two nights for UGA graduation - a very busy, high occupancy, PEAK time to be in Athens. Brian's place is not too far from campus, totally updated, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Even had some extras stocked in the kitchen - coffee, snacks, waters. Very nice touch! Obviously, we would have loved a second bathroom since 4 of us were in the house, but at least the one bathroom was nice and large and had lots of towel hooks. Thank you for a great stay!

This is one of the cleanest & most adorable Airbnb’s we stayed in. The decor was simple & warm. Every measure was taken to provide comfort & anticipate needs right down to coffee & snacks. There was a large fenced yard with lights, bbq & outdoor seating. The home was perfectly appointed w vaulted main space & 2 bedroom/2bath! The price point was fantastic for a college town on a busy weekend. Literally, the only thing that must be noted is the people in adjacent lot in tents. They were not disruptive, just making themselves at home in a residential area. The owner stated he is taking action to address them. The owner has taken every measure to provide the property with tight security & lights! We would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Athens.

Dmitry was a great host and he allowed us and early check-in which was helpful from due to a full day of travel. He had a very interesting book detailing all the renovation work he did on the property. He did a great job making us feel at home away from home! Thank you Dmitry!

10/10, would definitely recommend!!! Natasha is lovely and the property is beautiful. The space is clean and the decor is minimal, crisp, and inviting. It is a comfortable, convenient, and elegant stay that beats a hotel any day of the week.

Place was very clean and well stocked. My husband enjoyed the record player and bulldog decor!

Internet doesn’t pick up and can’t watch t.v. Other than that the work she’s done is beautiful.

Marie’s place was very clean, very updated and comfortable with all the amenities as described. She even had cute little extras, like shampoo, soap, dishwashing detergent, and cleaning products, not to mention Keurig and coffee and tea.

Brian was a great host. Then house was perfect, just steps from my children. We were quite comfortable for the week and a half we stayed. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice property. Extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Towels were soft and thirsty. Everything worked great with no issues or complexity - A/C, TVs, coffee maker, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

Great house with room for so many! We were glad to find this rental for UGA graduation - location is a quick drive to campus or downtown. Really close to Mama’s Boy for breakfast! House was big and had everything we needed for a great stay in Athens.

The owners have done an amazing job keeping this house updated while also maintaining the historic character. It is beautifully appointed, very well maintained and clean, very spacious, and is easily accessible to anything in Athens. The host is very friendly and responsive and has thought of so many of the little things to make your check in and stay as stress-free as possible. We were in town for a family wedding and Lea even allowed us to check-in early which really took a lot of stress off our first day. Thank you so much for opening your home up to our family!

This home was amazing and cozy. Me and my kids loved every moment. Also there was complimentary snacks, games, and essentials in place to meet our needs. Also the host was very accommodating offering a water hose for the water slide for my kiddos to play with and a flexible check in and check out time to accommodate us! We will definitely be back in the future for longer stays!

We've stayed here a couple times now, and will gladly come back. Its a quiet, cozy house that feels like home. Close enough to everything you need, while still being off the beaten path.

The Hen House was an absolutely perfect place for us to stay during our daughter's graduation weekend. It was exactly as listed, and even more charming in person. There was plenty of room for 5 of us to sleep, the kitchen was well-equipped and roomy, and the decor was so cool! Christine was so very easy to work with and so thoughtful with the fresh-from-the-garden flowers and happy graduation balloon for us! We will definitely use this property again when going to Athens.
