Dave and Kathy were such friendly and accommodating hosts!!! The unit is well kept and in a lovely neighborhood. Close to amenities but still a tranquil place to stay!! Thank you Dave and Kathy!!!!

We enjoyed staying at Alison’s place - it was a perfect location for the cricket, with a great view onto the ground from the balcony. The place was secure, with Face ID required to enter the lift, which was set up by security on arrival. The place itself was well stocked with amenities, having everything that we needed for our stay. The rooftop pool and gym was a bonus, with incredible views from up there. Contact with the host was simple and clear. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Newlands area.

What a beautiful home away from home! I absolutely loved everything in Justine & Terence’s place, so tastefully designed. It is extremely spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The personal guide is detailed and has great tips for exploring the area. It’s not often you find such a calming oasis within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the company gardens or parks. Justine is a fantastic host, very quick to communicate and provide all the info I needed for a seamless self check-in. I highly recommend a stay here!

Claire was one of the best hosts I have ever encountered. She is very friendly, caring and accommodating. Her place is very very neat with a great view of the Table mountain range from the bedroom. I enjoyed my stay a lot. I would definitely book with her again.

A very nice apartment, well decorated. The host has a taste . He cares about the environment. Everything here is natural . Safety is 24 hours a day. I recommend it.

Renée is a great host and the place is exactly as advertised ! You feel right at home and location is very convenient . Only cons is that the building can be sometime quite noisy (specially in the morning ) but otherwise perfect stay and I’ll definitely recommend it !

We visit Cape Town frequently, and this was easily one of the better places we’ve stayed. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, with secure parking and easy access to everything we needed. What made the stay even more special was Victor, who serviced the apartment during our visit. His presence added a layer of comfort and trust that’s rare to find — it genuinely made the space feel like our own. Despite our busy schedule, the apartment was equipped with all the right amenities, allowing us to maintain our daily routines without compromise. From sleeping well to eating as we normally would, we didn’t feel like we had to “adjust” just because we were away from home. Highly recommended — especially for those who travel often, have extended stays and value a space that supports both comfort and consistency.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment and the braai area outside were absolutely perfect. The location was amazing too - we were able to zip over to Constantia or Newlands in just minutes! We highly recommend this property. A huge thank you to Tessa, Steve (and Shadow!) for making our holiday so special.

This place was amazing—spotless and so stylish! You can really tell how much care went into the design and little details. Everything felt high-quality and cozy, like staying in a boutique hotel. Plus, the lift takes you straight up to the apartment, which made arriving with bags easy. We loved it and would 100% stay here again.

This house was literally incredible—I would’ve slept on the floor just to soak in those views and the amazing vibes! Luckily, I didn’t have to because the rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host went above and beyond, with so many thoughtful extras for our day trips—binoculars, books, beach towels, umbrellas, you name it. The kitchen was fully equipped, the speakers made for a perfect soundtrack to our evenings, and having our own driveway was a huge plus (we were worried about parking the rental on the street). A close drive to so many attractions and right next to the beach. A truly magical experience from start to finish, picture perfect and extremely romantic (but also wholesome, I don't know how they've done it!!)—can’t recommend it enough!

Andrew and Phil were great hosts. They were both so hospitable and offered to help with what we needed. The cottage was perfect - absolutely beautiful, private, clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. Andrew and Phil have put a lot of thought into the space. It's well decorated, no clutter, and modern. Our flight came in at night, and it was so nice to find some multigrain bread, milk, butter, jam and fruits in the kitchen. And, as coffee lovers, we were ecstatic there was a french press available. We enjoyed the lovely garden. We also got to spend some time with Andrew and Phil's fur babies - Oscar and Amy. They would pop in to say hi and hang out for a few minutes. We definitely plan to return. What a great experience!

Glen and Ben were great hosts. Very proactive. The apartment was very clean and breathtaking. The pictures doesn’t do justice to the place. Bathroom super clean. Kitchen equipment with everything that we needed from olive oil, milk and all basic essentials. Very safe apartment. Clear and unobstructed view of the ocean and the mountains. Big thank you to Glen and Ben for making our honeymoon soo memorable. ❤️❤️

From first contact communication with Junaid was first class. The accommodation is secure, extremely clean, spacious, a nice kitchen area, plenty of wardrobe space for clothes, full DSTV with all sports included, a large swimming pool and overall very comfortable. My wife and I spent 12 nights there and felt completely at ease. When Junaid wasn't available we were able to communicate with his family who are lovely people and helped with any questions we had. The area itself is charming, bars and restaurants within walking distance or Uber in the evening. I can thoroughly recommend staying at Finsbury Place, if you do you will not be disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Cape Town! The place was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made check-in and check-out hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town and would happily stay here again!

We loved staying here. The weather was a hot mess over our stay and the plunge pool was a dream (it's shaded all day) and there is great AC in the bedroom. The photos don't do the balcony justice – a neat little place to eat dinner each night. The apartment is a laughably short walk from supermarkets, Vida and Prashad's (vegetarian Indian food 10/10), super safe, well-supplied kitchen. Alleyne was very welcoming and kind enough to provide us with milk, bread and fruit on arrival – a nice touch when you're staying for a few days. In a few words: homey and a bit like staying with family (in a good way).

Jane is wonderful and so was the accommodation! Unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the swimming pool. Great location and to watch the ocean in the morning over a cup of coffee, a treat. Cannot recommend Jane and the accompanying highly enough. Thank you Jane for helping us enjoy our last couple of days in SA.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Waking up, opening the curtains and watching the sun rise over the sea, whilst sipping a morning coffee was truly special. He best start to the day. A fantastic base to explore from and it was lovely to come back to and relax at the end of the day, felt very homely.

I’ve stayed in many places across Cape Town, none are better than this. Everything is carefully designed for the best possible quality of living. The city view is second-to-none. A fully open kitchen, dining, and living space makes for never-ending special moments. I’ve never experienced peace and quiet like this in the city, with the gardens centre and coffee shops just a few minutes away. If you’re looking for a well-thought out luxury stay, look no further.
