Lake house holiday rentals in Clanton

Peaceful place to unwind with the family. Right on the water with lots of yard space to sit or play games. It was just what we were looking for.

Very cute and comfortable cottage! Loved the wonderful chocolate cake and all the snacks! Very well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry, had everything we needed. It rained a lot during the week we were there and it was very humid, so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces as much as we wanted. There is only one neighbor, so it is pretty private, and heavily treed. The lot is fairly steep with probably 24 steps from where you park down to the dock. This was a little bit of a challenge for my 82 year old mother, but we managed. We were able to get our Durango with jet ski circled in the driveway, but we decided it best to leave our big pontoon trailer up on the side of the street, we didn't know if there was enough space to be able to get it circled around in the driveway. Emile was very responsive when we had questions. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely want to stay here again!

What a fun time at the lake! It was just like the pictures and had tons of amenities – ping-pong, cornhole, kayaks (and lifejackets), floating pad, rocking chairs, and much more! We loved sitting on the porch at all times of day, swimming in the lake and lounging on the dock. We even made s’mores by the fire one night! The house comfortably fit a large family and Grandparents. The walk down to the lake was a little steep but easily accessible with the stone pathway. Overall, it was a great time. Thanks so much for hosting us!! PS because I always want to know, the coffee maker had a space for regular grounds as well as K cups.

Andre home was the most beautiful peaceful home I have ever been to in the state of Alabama. When I tell you it was nice, clean and spotless it felt like home in every way. Cozy and warmth. Andre was very responsive and accommodating. If I ever come back to Alabama, Andre home will ALWAYS be my go to. Amazing view of the lake OMG I never seen nothing like it. Well wroth the stay. I wanted to stay in this place from the moment I saw it on your website. It was a beautiful home with very peaceful surroundings. That’s exactly what I wanted. It’s located very close to nice restaurants and stores if you need to shop and eat out. My 89 year old had no trouble getting to the water on her walker. If I’m able to come again next year, I sure hope I can get this same house. Simon was very helpful from our first contact. He checked on us from time to time and was super nice host.

The vacation was beautiful. We loved just hanging out on the dock and kayaking up and down the lake. We enjoyed fishing and playing pool. We loved it so much that we spent the majority at the house hanging out on the dock. Laura was friendly, prompt in responses, and helpful.

I celebrated my 50 th birthday with family and friends. We had a wonderful time. Everything about the lake and the home was beautiful! I am definitely looking forward to coming back!!

This location was very peaceful and clean. It would be a really great place for a large group, especially if you had children with you. Gary communicated very well with us. We encountered no issues, but I feel that if we did, he would have been right on it.

It was a lovely place with plenty of room for my dog to roam around. The interior was clean and spacious. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the hidden door/shelf was a clever touch. We didn’t notice it at first, but when we finally discovered it, we had a good laugh because it was so obvious that we had overlooked it.

Had a great time with family in from of of town. Quiet lagoon area. Great for fishing and kayaking and letting the kids swim in the lake. House is in a nice private neighborhood but near stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

We had a great time, it’s a very nice place to stay. This house is out of the way, in a canal on the lake. Doesn’t take a lot of time by boat to get back to the main lake. Very quiet and peaceful location on the end of the road. The host was very clean and we had no issues the entire trip. The host very helpful and caring. I will be back to stay! Thank you!

We cannot express in words how much we loved staying here! We spent a few days at the house unwinding, fishing, playing pool, and grilling. The house is cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors were wonderful as well. We were put into contact with Brad at The Pointe and rented a pontoon. Highly recommend getting out on the lake if you have the time. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return!!

My family stayed for a graduation weekend and to celebrate Mother's Day. The place was very well equipped and met everyone's needs perfectly. We enjoyed the porch, even with two pretty rainy days. The wind and rain were actually relaxing! The beds were very comfortable, and the sofa was also very comfortable, large, and deep enough for a great nap or to spend the night on. We enjoyed this stay as mach as we have any Airbnb trip. Highly recommend for a great stay!

Laura’s place was just what we needed for our weekend in town for a wedding. Our toddler had a great time running around the large front yard, and we enjoyed being right on the river.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The cottage in comfortable and had everything we needed. The location and grounds were picture perfect. I wish we had a boat to take full advantage of the dock and gorgeous lake, but it was still a peaceful place to rest up.

Amazing place with wonderful dock ! Great kitchen if you are going to be cooking! Love that there were not lots of stairs to climb or steep incline to get to water!

This is the second year we have stayed in Susan’s home & absolutely love the home & location. Great views & close to everything. We felt right at home & a great place to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We highly recommend this place.

From the cleanliness, the fluffy bath towels, to the extra items such as the aluminum foil, and pots and pans, everything was there to feel like home. We did not need anything that was not already provided. Beautiful home with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Highly recommend! We plan on already booking for next year! Mandy S.

We loved our stay & Paula’s home. We felt right at home. Paula was phenomenal at communicating as well as making us feel at home. I highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip down.

The home provided way more for my family than expected. We had a 6 year old, 18 year old, 32 year old, and a 60 year old in our party. There was plenty of space for each one to have their own. We especially loved the sitting areas in practically each corner of the home. There were more than enough amenities that provided entertainment for my crew. This home was in a quiet neighborhood and great for walking, kayaking and just enjoying being outside and with family. It was well equipped with needed items but also had extras- beach towels, books, games, and golf cart. We did enjoy the community gym and pool. The house was very clean and cozy. Communication with Monica was timely, helpful and precise. The binder she left with local information was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
