Great location. Classic Italian rooftop view. Leaves little to be desired. Beware: - you will have to climb 5 flights of stairs to access the apartment - it is in a very popular and lively area. You can hear everyone down below from the terrace until late in the night/into the morning. Indoors, it is quiet. - the tea kettle is dirty, i wouldn’t drink from it - stovetop is extremely difficult to use (or broken?) - no clothes iron is provided

Great place for a family of 4 or so... clean and modern.. If one minus, noise and lights from the restaurants below.. till late night...

This place was an amazing stay! It is in an incredible area away from the touristy area and near amazing bars and restaurants. However, close enough to walk to everywhere within 20 and 30 minutes. It was easy to find and is in a location easy enough for an uber to come scoop you up if needed (we used an uber to go to the airport.) It is up 4 flights of stairs so just know you’ll get a small work out in to bring up your luggage. But totally worth it. We had an issue getting the AC turned on but Fillipo answered immediately and even came over shortly after to take a look and was able to change the settings and we had no issue with the air after that. (Amazing!) We loved our stay and if we come back would definitely choose to stay again. Also make sure to go to Da Enzo next door! Best meal on our trip!

Absolutely perfect stay before our cruise! Cristian’s place in Civitavecchia is pristine, and modern Cristian is incredibly attentive and friendly. He made the check-in and check -out process smooth. The location is fantastic. Not only is it on the ground floor (super easy with luggage!), but it’s also surrounded by amazing playgrounds, delicious gelato spots, and stunning seaside views, especially at sunset. We enjoyed a relaxing walk by the water and found plenty of great restaurants. It doesn’t have a dryer, but we knew that ahead of time and it didn’t affect our stay at all. This is the ideal spot for a pre-cruise stay, and we’d absolutely come back again!

It was more than I expected! Cecilia is very kind, even we did not met personally. We came very early because of flight changed, we was welcomed and brought our luggage about 4 hours before the accomodation time and went to walk in the city. The plase was clean, very comfortable and bigger than expected, with everything set for our vacation. Our favourite place was the huge balcony with shade at the afternoon when it was really Hot outside— our favourite place to chill after walking and visiting the objects of Roma. If we come back in Roma someday you can guess where we want to stay 😉!

The apartment is extremely well located, with supermarket, restaurants, and of course, the Colosseum just around the corner. You can walk to many of Rome’s main attractions with ease. Massimo was a fantastic host, always available, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Gaia’s place is amazing! The apartment is enormous and had everything you could need to be comfortable. The area surrounding the apartment has lots of small restaurants and there are two grocery stores nearby. To arrive from the airport, take the train to Trastevere station, cross the street to take Tram 8. Very easy to find. I would definitely stay here again. And Gaia is very responsive and returns messages very quickly.

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

El departamento de Giuseppe y Lucrezia superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Es amplio, completo y muy limpio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y mucho más para disfrutar de la estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene vida de barrio, con bares y restaurantes en las cercanías, a la vez, está muy bien comunicado con los puntos turísticos más importantes. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, estuvieron atentos a todo, nos dejaron café, té y dulces para desayunar así como una diversidad de bebidas en la heladera. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.

Dejligt sted, god base tæt på Rom med gode faciliteter. Autentisk område uden turister og hyggeligt dagligdagsliv. Lejligheden er ren, pæn og god med komfortable senge, skabsplads og rum til afslapning, når der skal lades op. Små lokale forretninger, cafeer, restauranter og supermarkeder tæt på. Derudover mange forbindelser med metro, bus og sporvogn til indre Rom. Vi nød vores ophold hos Andrea.

Житло дуже сподобалось, ніяких питань, все ідеально. Якщо знімаєте для відвідування саме Риму, не рекомендую, бо необхідно змінити 3 види транспорту, щоб дістатися, а якщо ви на авто, тоді ніяких проблем не буде

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Die Wohnung war neu, modern, sauber und bestens eingerichtet! So wie auf den Fotos, wir können sie unbedingt weiter empfehlen!

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево

Matteo was extremely helpful, and of course the apartment was very well designed, good functionalities, has everything from washing machine to dishwasher, plans plates, espresso machine, etc… Very responsive as well when we had questions. Thanks again Matteo!! 💪
