Holiday rentals with breakfast in City of Preston

Jade was a very helpful host. The area is traditional for the area, lovely nature reserve on back of rear garden for walks. The cottage is just lovely. Warm and cosy. We will definitely return here.

Great stay at Andrew’s place, comfy, and exactly as listed. Andrew was friendly and helpful, even told us about a local street festival (we couldn’t go, but appreciated the tip!). Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Lancaster.

Neil's West Derby house was a joy to spend time in.The little back garden was a nice extra. The house is spacious for a 2 - bedroomed cottage, everything was clean, bright and comfortable. Neil had left us some thoughtful treats and breakfast. Communication with Neil was excellent. We didn't get to meet him, but he is clearly a warm and caring host, very responsive to our queries. West Derby village is charming, full of lovely bars, pubs and restaurants. Neil recommended some of his favourites. Croxteth Country park is a short stroll from Neil's place, and provides great walks ( and a cafe) in the middle of the city. Local buses to the city centre are plentiful and frequent. We left the car at Neil's and took the bus ( 12 and 13 are best) to explore the Pier Head. the river Mersey and the new shopping centre , Liverpool 1. A delightful stay. We would choose Neil's house for our next trip. It's a real gem

I had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely home in Stretford! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully set up , exactly like the photos, if not better. The house had such a cozy, welcoming feel, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. The living and dining spaces were perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our needs. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept so well each night. The location was also ideal, quiet, but close enough to everything we needed. Abayomi and Joanna were fantastic hosts, incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure our stay was completely seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and peaceful place to stay in Manchester! Perfect in every detail, a delightful escape we’ll treasure.

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Where do I start… this place is beautiful - incredibly well kept, the garden is beautiful, and looks incredible at night when the lights are lit. The apartment itself is pristine and very modern but what really stands out is how incredibly well equipped it is. If you’ve forgotten anything, you can almost guarantee Mike has already thought of it and left it in the apartment. From toothpaste, to make up remover, to pain killers… we were honestly in awe. Not to mention the fact that Mike has also provided all breakfast essentials too! Milk, juice, cereals, porridge, peanut butter and even frozen croissants! And that’s without even mentioning how helpful Mike is himself, he happened to be around upon our arrival and very kindly gave us a lovely tour and made us feel right at home. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! I wish we had booked for longer!

This place was amazing extremely spacious and had everything you needed. Was local to everything we needed 5 min walk to the pleasure beach the sandcastle the beach aswell as the south pier arcades. Lots of food places and bars close by aswell. The place was spotless beds were comfortable and clean the whole place we could Not fault at all would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely flat in a great location, and Emma was a fantastic host.

We love to stay here when we come up to Formby. Feels so comfortable, well situated. The extra touches are very welcome. After our long journey, there are always nice things in the fridge for us to eat and drink on our arrival. John is there if you need any help, but it’s very much your private apartment while you are there. We now regard it as our ‘home’ in Formby.

This is the second time we have stayed with Winston and we would stay again. The property is perfect for us. Close to transportation, shops and restaurants and perfectly outfitted with everything we need. You can also always count on either Winston or Liz to respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I stayed with my dad for 2 nights for a concert at Anfield Stadium. The location was perfect - a bus stop around the corner, Anfield Stadium up the road, and a pub and chip shop next door! The flat felt like a home away from home, it was very cosy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the cafe breakfast, and the staff in the cafe were very friendly and accommodating. Helena was always very helpful and lovely to talk to. We could not have asked for a better host!! I'll definitely be staying here again when I visit again and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Helena!

We had the pleasure of staying at John and Dorothy’s wonderful home and were warmly welcomed upon arrival. We were shown to a spacious and beautifully presented room with our own private bathroom, along with access to a comfortable and well-kept reception room. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—we had a fantastic night’s sleep. The following morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast featuring fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, accompanied by yogurt, a generous selection of granola and cereals, as well as toast and a variety of jams. It was a lovely and thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. John was a friendly, attentive, and gracious host throughout. Went to Liverpool for the victory parade. I never met Claire as she was happy to leave us in peace, but she was always very quick to respond when I had questions. the room was spotless and fixtures and furnishings were lovely. Location had great transport links which Claire gave full details of in her messages to me. The bed was super comfortable and I had the best night's sleep in ages (though the day's activities may have played a small part!). i can't thank Claire enough and say that she's a fantastic host.

Ruby is a very helpful host, lots of friendly communication before arrival and during my stay. The location is excellent for visiting the Christie hospital where my husband was having treatment, literally over the road! There is a small Sainsbury's just down the road towards Wythenshawe and other supermarkets within a 20 minute walk in Didsbury. Having off road parking was another big bonus as on road parking can be time limited. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed for my stay, including snacks, breakfast cereal, tea and coffee. If I need to stay in this area in the future I will definitely try to book here again!
