This accomodation was amazing. Very clean, modern, and nice. Facilities are excellent. Even basement and parking is clean. Other residents and guests were super friendly. Host provided lots of cutlery and dinnerware and beds were comfy. Couch was also extremely great. Loved the short walk to the tram. Used it heaps. Very close to the beach too. Can see views of the canals and beach. Check in was a breeze. Super easy. Instructions super clear. 10/10 stay. Would highly recommend!

Katherines place was beautiful…it’s right at the beach and has everything you need if you want to stay for the holidays and spend most of the time at the beach. Katherine was really responsive and very friendly! We had some problems with the wifi the first day and she contacted the company instantly to fix it! Would definitely recommend!

Wow, so big. This place had it all. Was a little old but it's a old building. Great view, easy check in and close to everything. I could live in that apartment. A heavy blanket would be my only request. Recommended

Beautiful little place, our little family loved the fresh air from the balcony. Unfortnutely did not have time to use the pool amenities but appeared clean and well maintained.

Qian is so lovely she responds quickly she is helpful and wants your stay to be as homely as she can make it for you. she is very helpful in all ways she gives you suggestions with things to do in the area her favourite restaurants shooping etc. I love this lil place of hers is literally a stone throw from beach, surf club, walks, shopping, and night life. her prices are always fare, the place is clean cosy has washer and dryer is puppy friendly is all you need for a relaxing affordable stay in the heart of Broadbeach.. thanks for having Mouse(puppy) and I again Qain we appreciate you so much and will definitely e back. We stayed for 1 month, the property was beautiful. Very comfortable, amazing views and nice amenities. For the length of our stay we were very short on linen. There was some damage to the property from previous guests, Tony was extremely helpful and proactive to rectify the issues. Some issues he was aware of which would’ve been helpful had they been addressed prior to arrival, however he made sure to rectify quickly. As far as Airbnb hosts go, Tony has been our best!

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful AirBnb just a short stroll to the beach. The views are stunning and the touches such as a few refreshing beverages and toiletries were great (very impressed to see there were sanitary items).

My stay at Peter’s apartment was beyond all my expectations. The apartment was absolutely perfect with magnificent ocean views. The set up was fantastic! With a big screen TV and a king size bed that was to die for. First time I’ve had a proper sleep in 25 years. Amazing!! I honestly couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. Kira home is lovely and she is such an easy going host to deal with. We had a lovely time at the complex, which offers you a great pool area and the choice of also going to the beach, which is only a few metres away. Great memories 🧡

We had a wonderful stay at Jeffery's place in Mermaid Beach. The accomodation was clean and in a great location.

My Aunties needed a ground level apartment no elevators which is hard on the coast, and close to shops beach and casino and this place did not disappoint. They loved everything about this location and they said the feeling of the place was calm and peaceful but across the street from lively hustle and bustle of broadbeach. 2 balconies facing pool and the other street where they enjoyed a nice drink listening to the amazing live music. The apartment was big enough to host local family visiting and there was no need to use the pitch cause the restaurant and bars are at your doorsteps and a short stroll to the beach. Best holiday ever they said they could not stop racing about it David thankyou for warm hospitality my aunties will be back again and even our local family will be booking in soon too.

Toni’s place was great Close to all amenities across the road from Coolangatta beach and a short walk to Kirra ( North) and Greenmount/ Rainbow Bay ( South)

great place for our family of 5! great location and apartment has everything you need. definitely value for money and we would stay again. only thing I will note is the sauna and steam room are currently out of action and the games room is very dated and most things in there don't work. Obviously out of the hosts control but something to be mindful of if this is the reason you are booking
