Apartment holiday rentals in City of Gold Coast

Easily one of the most pleasant stays I've had using AirBnB. Beginning with the studio itself, very lovely comfortable & has everything required. Overlooking the Gold Coast, it's great for anyone new to the city, or locals alike. The location is superb with a variety of cuisines, markets, events, shops - both local, or big brand if so desired. Lastly, Sahlee & Veronica were beyond accommodating, readily responsive, and showed how keen they were to make my stay as pleasant as possible. It was an easy decision to convert my 1 week booking to 2+ months. Highly recommend!

Great location, near public transport and sea. The room is so clean with sea view and kitchen utilities. Love it so much. Definitely coming back.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The location honestly couldn't be better — right on the water, with breathtaking views and such a peaceful atmosphere, yet still close to everything. Waking up to the sunrise glistening on the water every morning from bed was perfect. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Plenty of scenic places to relax, eat and drink! Our hosts were absolutely lovely — so warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t recommend this place more. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in an unbeatable location, this is it!

I honestly didn’t want to leave was hands down the best! Amazing views and close to everything.

Stayed here for five days and had a really amazing time, couldn’t have asked for anything better. The apartment was cozy, had great aircon and was just such a lovely ‘homely’ place to stay (not to mention the amazing views). Was very easy to explore the gold coast from here as tram is a 5-10min walk away. Few things to note though: - You have to fight the taps to get any water (really hard to turn on and off) - no bin liners but easy to use paper bags instead - No tea towels or paper towels, ended up using a spare shower towel but this didn’t bother us - Extraction fan in bathroom wouldn’t switch on so the shower smelt quite damp These things are so minor and really did not bother us, but is something to consider i suppose. I would 100% suggest you stay if you’re considering it! amazing place for the price 😊😊

beautiful place to stay at. everything is walking distance, it was a lot bigger then the photos. beautiful view and everything was so clean and neat. bed is super comfortable and the view from the bedroom is absolutely gorgeous. definitely will come back on my weekends off. thank you again

Beautiful little oasis to kick back and experience nature. So calm and peaceful. Absolutely loved staying there, we will be back for our next visit to Mt Tamborine. We were provided daily breakfast for us to cook which was a wonderful extra touch. Jo is very friendly and kind, thanks for a having us!

Possibly the cleanest and most uncluttered airbnb I've stayed at. Essentially a hotel room with a few extra bits. Location is hard to beat - view of the ocean, walking distance to everything in Surfers Paradise, tram line right at the door for going further. Stayed here for an AFL game and the bus stop that goes to Nerang was right outside the building. Perfect.

We found the Luxe apartment suited us perfectly. It was clean, had all we needed, and Vanessa was great to deal with. We found plenty of food options nearby - and we could walk to People’s First Stadium (as we came over for a sporting event).

I am so happy with where I stayed it was perfect for what I had planned on my visit.

Great apartment, well furnished had everything we needed. Lovely sunny balcony, excellent views. Really enjoyed sleeping with the door open listening to the sound of the ocean. Well located between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach and easy to catch the light rail to either place or to Pacific Fair for shopping. The resort facilities were well maintained too.

Awesome place to stay! Not far walk to pacific fair and close bar next to it, that was a bonus. Overall we had a excellent stay

Lavina’s apartment was perfect for my short stay with a beautiful view of the ocean! A central location too within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and services club. The apartment was comfortable and spotless also. Thank you Lavina for a lovely stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and extremely close to the beach and many cafes and restaurants. Ella and Winston were great hosts and provided very clear instructions for everything. 5 stars - Our stay was great. Thank you!

My partner & I had a lovely stay over the weekend! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-presented. The host had excellent communication, was very attentive, and incredibly polite. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay as a family of four at Alex’s apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful and absolutely spotless with all the things we could need and very generous provisions (washing liquid, laundry detergent etc). The complex itself is great with heated pool, gym, sauna, steam room and spa which we were able to enjoy. The location was also excellent- walking distance to great playground, patrolled beach, shops, restaurants. And finally, Alex was a super lovely and responsive host who made our stay a dream - we look forward to staying there again. Highly recommended.

Our stay was the perfect getaway. Absolutely stunning beach & ocean views, beautiful and clean apartment, exceeding our expectations. Convenient location to accessing cafes, restaurants & grocery stores, which are within a short walking distance. We loved our scenic beach walks to other areas of the Gold Coast, making our experience even more enjoyable. Karine was very informative and kind, always ready and available to help. Looks just like the pictures and has everything you need for cooking, movie nights, and a peaceful night of sleep. The gym is very basic and has no free-weights but the sauna is top notch. Highly recommend if you have the budget!
