Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Città Studi, Milan

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Stayed here as I had to leave my apartment. It was so close to the metro and trams. Easy instructions and overall a very lovely place. Super happy I chose this!

Mauro was a fantastic host. When we didn’t realise it was a public holiday and nothing was open. As we did not come with a car he offered to drive us to the next town to go to a supermarket. He also had a bottle of wine for us in the fridge as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Very thoughtful. The apartment had everything we needed. A short walk to the bus stop which took us to the Monza train station with great links to Milan, Como, and we also went to Lugano in Switzerland from monza. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you Mauro 😊

The accommodation offered by Carmela perfectly matched the description. The welcome by the host was very warm and the host is very flexible on schedules. It was a pleasure to stay at his place. I highly recommend it!

Enrica's place was exactly as described. The two of us had plenty of space and there was a good amount of storage for our luggage in the closets. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean as well. We had a train delay getting in and she was very responsive and understanding about us needing to check in later than planned. The location was very close to the metro stop, which we used to get around. We had a great stay and the apartment was very peaceful!

The house is located in lively place and in very calm and private street. In addition, during the hot weather its quit fresh in the apartment. Recommend to stay

The accommodation was perfect for 3 people. We had a great welcome by Alex because he explained everything important to us at check-in and gave us tips. The accommodation was very neat and clean and is located in a beautiful area. You can quickly get to the metro, tram or bus and are in the city center in no time. There is a towel set in a different color for everyone, which we found very practical. Overall, the stay was very good!

The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Ideal for a weekend/short stay. It is quiet, well equipped and clean. The 3 towels per person are super helpful. Finally, both Federica and Roberto are great hosts, they showed availability at all times (we did che check-in at midnight). Instrucciones are 100% clear at all time. 10/10

The hosts did the kindest thing anyone has ever done for me on AirBnB. When I informed them that I would a day before my reservation ended, they adapted the reservation and I got the money for the last night back. To top it off, the cleaner was not available that day, so they could not get the apartment in clean enough condition to rent out again before the next day. And still, they let me leave earlier and refunded me the money. In addition, the apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped. All amenities were more than adequate and I had a great stay. One last thing I am thankful to them for: they let me keep the luggage into the apartment until long after the checkout time, which saved me a lot of trouble and effort. I heartily recommend this apartment!

For our trip to Europe, this was the best Airbnb we stayed in. Valeria was beyond welcoming and gave us great recommendations from restaurants to sites to see that we may not have known about. The flat was very clean and spacious. We felt right at home and wish we could go back to stay again.

Eliana personally welcomed us at the agreed time, very available. The accommodation is perfectly located near the Piola metro, very quiet and very good value for money; the free parking spaces in the white zone are really next to the boulevard Romagna and quite available; the bakery around the corner is perfect. Livia was very kind to my boyfriend and I on our first trip to Milan. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was great and spacious and clean, perfect size for the two of us and all of our belongings. Apartment is walking distance from train station which was important to us. Plenty of cafes and markets nearby. A little further from the main attractions such as the duomo. Overall we had a great stay.

Amazing stay! Easy to get to from Linate airport (m4 subway from airport to Tricolore and then 5/10 min walk!) lovely quiet apartment in a nice area. Short walk from lovely restaurants and tram/metro stops. Great supermarket 5 mins up the road. We walked to the duomo and brera (we like to walk!) We have a 6 month old and Daniela provided cot, baby bath, high hair and books! We had the best time and would recommend it completely! Daniela was a kind and responsive host.

Everything about our stay in Milano at Michele's place was fantastic, 10/10! The apartment was so clean, comfortable, stylish, and charming I wish we could have stayed much longer. For sure we will stay here again on our next trip to Milano. Michele and Loretta were warm and friendly, it felt like we just made some new friends. They were there to greet us and show us around the apartment and Michele was able to be there to say good-bye as well. The apartment is quiet and bright (and has A/C which was nice given the warm weather) so we slept well. The stay was completely delightful and I look forward to our next visit.

I’d give 6 stars of if I could! Udine is a super nice neighborhood, peaceful and convenient for transport links. Natalija and her husband were exceptional hosts, and communication with them was a pleasure. The apartment is compact, but even better than the photos.

What an absolute joy it was to meet Marina - an exceptional host!Welcoming and friendly, she made us feel right at home, stepping through everything with us to ensure we were comfortable and familiar with our space. Wonderful neighbourhood with plenty of cafes, restaurants, parks, bars, Metro and station. We have been travelling for 10 weeks and this was our best Airbnb. I stayed at Marco's for about two months for work and I had an amazing stay! Everything from the communication prior to my arrival to the checkin into the flat was flawless! Marco and his sister Paola are very kind and generous people that did everything they could in order to make my stay as good as possible. The area is pretty quiet and the apartment very well located if you wanna explore the city. Close to two metro lines, and close to Isola with lots of bars and restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you pick Marco's apartment as your base to explore the city of Milan!! I highly recommend!!

The appartment is very nice inside. It feels quite upscale and has a nice kitchen, comfortable couch and everything is clean and tidy! Looks just like the photos and it a pretty cool place! Francesco was very quick to reply anytime we communicated and was always helpful.
