Holiday rentals with breakfast in Città Studi, Milan

Modern, clean and comfortable. We had a very good stay here. Check in was easy and friendly. The home is spacious and having 2 modern bathrooms was great. Good water pressure. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking, both in the lot next store and on the street. We didn't cook, but if we had, the kitchen had everything needed including cooking basics . The water and juice in the refrigerator were a wonderful treat as we arrived on a hot day! As far as location, it was a bit farther from the places I wanted to visit because I had not taken Milano traffic into consideration, but we liked the area. Center of town a 5 minute walk away and very pretty. A bar/pasticceria where we had breakfast each day on the same street. Alfa Romeo Museum 5 minute drive. To get to Milano we went to Mulino Dorino to take subway because parking was very inexpensive there. Overall, would definitely recommend this home.

The apartment was nice as on the pictures with everything that you need for comfort staying! The subway is very close which gives you possibility to get anywhere in the city in a short time! The host is very responsive and have local recommendations!

I enjoyed staying here for the month, the accommodation was as described and a great location with nearby restaurants and metro. I would definitely come back! If you have a car, the parking spots are quite busy, but that’s outside the hosts control.

We only stay there for 1 late night but the place was amazing, spacious and cosy. Feels like home. I definately recommend it.

Davide is a very nice accommodation tax, we were very satisfied with the apartment and his kindness. He responded immediately to any questions we had, and kept asking about our well-being, and I can only tell him well. ❤ The neighborhood is also very well connected and easy to get to the center. I can only recommend it to everyone.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights in the apartment in view of a concert at the SNAI Racecourse in San Siro. Great location (both for the racecourse and to get to the center), impeccable cleanliness and Vittoria was very kind! She welcomed us by providing us with information about the apartment, places to visit and how to get around! If I return to Milan, it will definitely be our first choice!

We had a wonderful stay at Pablo’s apartment in Milano! The place is lovely—spacious, clean, and located high up with a fantastic view from two balconies. It was such a nice touch to find water, bread, biscuits, tea, and coffee waiting for us upon arrival. The neighborhood felt very safe, and it was easy to walk around to explore the city. Pablo was an excellent host—he greeted us personally for check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milano! Nick's studio was great for my partner and I. The studio is located centrally in Milan about a 5 minute walk from Cadorna metro station and close to many great restaurants and bakeries. We were able to walk easily to many different attractions such as the Castello Sforzesco and Duomo di Milano. The studio was modern and clean, and the black out shades were a blessing! Nick was a very responsive host and quick to answer any questions we had.

He was a great host. I would definitely come back.

The accommodation is quiet, clean and well-equipped. Good location, close to the duomo by metro, a stone's throw from the accommodation. Giovanni was very responsive and accommodating about the arrival time. I would recommend it 100% 😊

Quiet, clean location, the room bed is actually a sofa bed but comfortable and the terrace has a beautiful and airy view. 👍🫶

Had an excellent stay at Corrado’s place in Milan. Corrado was very communicative about the check in process and made it very clear. The interior was clean and as advertised. The space was small, but we only stayed for one night and it was perfect for what we needed. Felt safe and secure inside. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay with Roberta was excellent! The accommodation had everything for a few days in Milan. The metro was within a stone's throw and the first sights within walking distance (<30 min). Breakfast was more extensive than we had expected. The stay is in a quiet area. Roberta was home a little later than we arrived, but that was no problem because her daughter helped us. Both were very friendly and helpful!

I had a great time staying at this place. Was very comfortable and low-key. The fridge and pantry was well stocked. And I may even stop by on the way back.

Such a beautiful home and wonderful hosts! Deborah was so accommodating to us, breakfast was amazing, the room was cozy, and the location was perfect for reaching the train station! I can't recommend this enough!

Just a stellar stay with Stefania from beginning to end! She was kind, communicative, and responsive to messages; she was also all smiles checking us in and showing us around. The room itself was colorful and a delight to be in! Bathroom was clean and modern, all things felt well-kept and comfortable. There's a cute cafe nearby and a fenced (!!!!) park for children within walking distance. All was perfect for our stay and I can't recommend it enough! Would absolutely stay again. Especially good. The host is also very nice. There is a delicious pizza shop next to it. It is convenient to get to every place. It is relatively quiet at night in the city. We had a pleasant three days. Unfortunately, the scarf fell there. There is no solution.

Renting the house was very easy thanks to the fast and clear communication. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately go to our room to leave the bags. Our room was very clean and in a beautiful location. Next to our room, we had a part of the space where we could have a good breakfast. We were also close to the scooters and the metro, so we could quickly get to the Duomo and other sights. I am very happy that we chose this accommodation. Thank you for your hospitality.
