A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cosy apartment with real fire

Luca, super friendly person,super helpful, really perfect. We had a great time in the villa and above all privacy and relaxation are the master. We will definitely be back but at least to make a 1 month stay. Thanks also to Luca's girlfriend who welcomed us upon our arrival,a perfect check-in. Thank you very much. We had a great time as if we were at home. Super recommended 100%

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and very large villa, equipped with all comforts both in the interior spaces and in the pool area. We really appreciated Isa's willingness to extend the check-out time as she had no reservations for the same day. Highly recommended!

If I could give this home 10 stars I would! The house is beautiful, had everything we could ever need and was so comfortable for us with 5 adults and 2 kids! Paola was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful with things to do around Castelnuovo di Porto, even made us reservations for dinner at a local pizzeria which was delicious! She also made us an AMAZING cake and fresh eggs from her chickens. We were blown away by the entire experience. Thank you Paola! If we are ever to be able to come back to Italy, we will absolutely be staying here!

Clean and comfortable house. Much larger than a hotel room. Stunning views of the lake.

Great, quiet spot. In a funny spot between a major road (which you cannot hear) and the ancient aqueduct so you need to walk 5-10 mins for public transport or busy commercial area, otherwise great accomodation!

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

The apartment Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

The Lila villa is simply one of the most beautiful place I had the pleasure to visit. Luigino is a great host and I couldn’t recommend enough to stay at his place. This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Well-equipped outdoor area suitable for families and a friendly and helpful host. The area is very quiet (a plus!) But you need a car to get around

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!
