Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. Single house at the edge of the woods surrounded by greenery and nature, with a small lawn in front, in stone and wood according to the typical rural architecture of the area. From the lawn you can enjoy a beautiful view. From the parking lot, you can walk up to the house on a dirt path of about 500 meters. In the surrounding area, there are simple or challenging trails and mountain biking trails in the Treviso Prealps. In the nearby village of Cison di Valmarino you can enjoy a good glass of wine. The Little Dairy is a completely self-contained building. It has a small living room, a kitchenette stove with 2 burners, fridge and microwave, an internal bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds on the upper floor. It has independent heating, hot water, and all the necessary cooking equipment. It was a small dairy from the 18th century until 30 years ago and is all in local stone, philologically restored. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

This place is just amazing! You will not regret booking here. Dario, Annalisa’s brother who lives next door, was just so helpful and kind. Every detail has been thought of, including a cold local Prosecco in the fridge which was delicious! We explored the vineyards and just relaxed on the terrace. The views are spectacular. We travelled with our three small children and they had the best time. Highly recommend!
