Inside, you'll find a one bedroom condo with a living room featuring leather furniture and a beautiful stacked stone wood burning fireplace. The living room and bedroom each have a large window letting in that amazing mountain view!  You can ski out right onto the slopes down to the first chair lift!

Pepper Sauce Camp Cabin 6

Cabin 6 is our most popular unit. With wood log walls inside it's about 900 sq. ft and sleeps up to 5 people. It's got a full size fridge, gas stove, microwave and a full set of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. There's a wood burning stove plus gas and electric heaters. It has a large foyer/entryway for all your outdoor gear. The patio out back offers unobstructed views to the lake, while the log bench out front is a perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset over Wheeler Peak, NM's tallest.

Sunny Southwest Casita!

The Casita is a cozy one bedroom upstairs apartment. The decor is an eclectic southwestern style and is set up perfectly for cozy stays! The bedroom has a super comfy memory foam queen size bed. The living room also has a small futon sofa. It works well for the kiddos but it’s not a great size for adults. If you have a larger group and need more space please consider booking the "The Carriage house" or the “The Gallery House” Both are right next door and are beautiful, updated historic homes!

Look no further for your perfect place for Summer mountain activities! My cozy cabin welcomes you for your summer sports activities. It's nearly impossible to be any closer to the lifts, ticket office, resort restaurants, and bar. A 0.2 mile walk from the condo and you're there! Is 0.2 miles a little far to walk with all mountain bike gear? No problem, directly outside your front door you will find a shuttle stop that will get you to the lifts in just 1 minute or so. It is a wonderful experience to stay in our beautiful home in the mountains of Northern New Mexico surrounded by vast ranch lands. This condo is a short walk away from the base of the mountain and offers great amenities including shuttle service, covered parking, room to sleep for up to 5, and close proximity to plenty of dining and entertainment! Also available are community washer and dryer, free wifi, board games, smart TV's, and a cozy secluded patio. PLEASE NOTE: effective November 1, 2024, wood burning is no longer permitted anywhere in the Mountain Spirit building.

Charming Train Depot built in 1890

Enjoy a piece of railroad history! This train depot, built in 1890 was once located in Maxwell, New Mexico. This piece of history is beautifully refinished and is located in the country club addition of Raton. The nostalgic kitchen has the original writing on the walls, as the passengers went through and signed their names. The signatures are now kept behind plexiglass to preserve the handwriting.
