The accommodation is quiet and not directly on the street - you can only get through a gate to the property and house. Loved it! Alessandro is very friendly and always available. Everything was explained to us upon arrival. Check in and out was very easy and flexible. The house was very clean and you have everything you need on 2 floors. The location is perfect, you get everywhere very quickly. We were in Florence, Pisa, Lucca, La Spezia, Siena and some places nearby. There are also some restaurants nearby that are easy to walk to. We will be back to be guests at Alessandro's!

Just arrived home from a fantastic holiday in Lucca at the studio of Alberto and Chiara . Alberto met us on arrival and was very pleasant and helpful . The studio was lovely clean and spacious . We were just two guests but there was no problem making up the second double bed . We both slept very well as it was so peaceful and the blackout shutters made the place nice and dark . The kitchen is well equipped with a two ring gas top . Fridge was spacious and worked well to keep everything cold and fresh . Bathroom was lovely with lots of towels . The location is marvellous as you can be into the centre of town in 10 minutes Also Train station and bus station short walk . Lots of things to do in the area . Full of churches museums and places to eat and drink . I would highly recommend going to the church of San Giovanne at 7 pm to hear some of the opera singers . Lots of Puccini pieces to hear . The shopping is the best I’ve ever seen for such a small town Lucca we will be back !,

Beautifully located in nature in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle. Super clean and very well equipped place to stay. Fantastically beautiful garden and great pool. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Marco's apartment in Monsummano Terme was simply fantastic! Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. We felt right at home. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, and the location is ideal: quiet and charming, but at the same time a great starting point for excursions to Florence, Pisa, Lucca or even Rome. The host Marco is exceptionally helpful. His fast and friendly communication was very pleasant. Full recommendation!

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

Cristina and Carmelo were great, the house was lovely and cozy and the surroundings were very pretty. You definitely need to car to visit this. The access to the property is not ideal, but overall we had a fantastic time and had a much needed relax, Im very happy I found this place.

Giovanni and his family were really hospitable people! They welcomed me with a freshly baked apple cake, gifted me eggs and were always responsive. The view is amazing. It‘s very peaceful up in the hils. I would defenetly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic time in this apartment in Lucca. Could not recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect- right in the centre and everything within walking distance - but facing into an internal courtyard so wonderfully peaceful too. The apartment is just perfect. Beautifully renovated and has just about everything you would ever need. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. We didn't want to leave and would love to go back at any time as Lucca is stunning. Riccardo is just the best host. All communications were so warm and friendly and he gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We didn't get to meet him but met his son Daniele who brought us to the apartment and showed us around. He was incredibly helpful and charming.
