If I could give a 10 star recommendation I certainly would! everything about this Casa is Class, clean comfortable and welcoming… everything about it is screams HOME to us. So much so that we are going to come back next year for two weeks instead of 10 days. The on-site Host Bathurst, was a delight and helpful., and very knowledgeable about the area. He gets the ten star rating also🌟

Roxana es una excelente anfitriona, desde antes de llegar fue clara, amable y trato de hacer todo más fácil, fue muy atenta y respuestas rápidas. Nos recibió con unos cocos 🥥 que se agradecen 🙏🏼 en cuanto a la casa tiene una vista al mar perfecta, la terraza y la piscina son muy bonitas para pasar horas, las camas son cómodas y la casa se encontraba muy limpia. Sin duda alguna volveremos, gracias Roxana por todo !!

Fernanda es una excelente anfitriona, linda y atenta, y las fotos se quedan pequeñas con lo maravillosa que es la casita, esta super bien ubicada, donde te sientes vas a encontrar paz, es bellisima, y la ubicación es excelente. Mi hija la disfruto muchisimo. Vale la pena el costo, y las atenciones de Fer la casa es nueva y cada detalle fue muy bien pensado. Da una paz y una tranquilidad y sobre todo seguridad. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahi., y la recomendaria 100 %

Es un paraíso el lugar. Todo bello, limpio, acogedor. Fernando muy muy atento. Disfrutamos de la excelente cocina de Heidi que nos fue recomendada

The place is well located on a walking distance to Paseo Montejo. There is a lot to do in this specific spot. Our host has everything ready for a wonderful stay.

Elena was incredibly kind and responsive. If there was a rating above super host Elena would definitely get it. The home is warm and inviting.

La casa está súper bonita, el host siempre fue muy amable y resolvió un incoveniente lo mas rápido que pudo. La ubicación es bastante buena, puedes caminar a la playa y cerca hay gasolineras, súper, etc

Benoit es un excelente anfitrión y muy amable, nos mandó las instrucciones precisas y con estas llegamos y entramos a la casa súper fácil, estuvo pendiente y resolvió dudas que tuvimos. Una casa muy linda, dentro de una privada con seguridad, pero lo que nos encantó fue la tranquilidad, silencio y paz. Dormimos super bien, descansamos como nunca. La casa muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dìas de descanso total. Una sala de tv muy cómoda, la cama de la habitación deliciosa y el baño un spa!! Una alberca y jardín grandes, nosotros & nuestras perritas lo disfrutamos muchísimo. Recomendadísima para pasarte unos días fuera de la ciudad, cargar pilas, descansar y dormir delicioso! Felt like at home, big spaces, very good AC considering extreme hot weather outside. A lot of equipment in the kitchen was a plus. 3 full bathrooms were great. Love the entrance hall that continued to a living room and then to kitchen. Overall, my family felt great in this house, and also it was a 5-15 min walking distance to many great restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, etc. 6 min drive to Walmart as well. Casa Estrella highly recommended.Thank you!!

Very cool, restored old house. Nice little pool in a private, walled backyard. Loved the airy living room and courtyard, where there is a hammock and a fountain. Fans and ACs in all the rooms work great. All the rooms have bathrooms.

This is our third trip to Janet's home. The pool is outstanding. We used the outside during most of the trip and spent many hours in the very private pool. The home is generously sized and the host was very responsive and was helpful with a solution when we asked for help twice. Groceries and restaurants were within a few blocks walk. We recommend this place for others and will definitely be back!

The backyard area of this house is amazing. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool (which had different levels for sitting in the water when it was hot, but also deeper areas for my kids to dive for pool toys!), and my daughter enjoyed the swings. There was a nice lounging area to sit as well. The main bed is in in the only “shared space”/dining room, so that’s something to be aware of, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was small and we didn’t cook there; we ate most meals at a restaurant or brought back food. Kikeil is sleepy (no real town/bars/restaurants) but as long as you are OK with that, you are a short 30 minute drive to Merida or Progreso beach. David was a great host: responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting our family! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Es un lugar muy lindo y limpio, ideal para quedarte si quieres disfrutar la zona de Paseo Montejo y pasar un rato agradable. las habitaciones muy lindas y la casa muy agradable. La alberca está increíble para los niños. Gran lugar para pasar unas lindas vacaciones.

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

Muy buena ubicación, Gerardo y Atenea estuvieron al pendiente, tuvimos un detalle con los blancos a lo que inmediatamente nos respondieron y dieron seguimiento. El lugar está tal y como describe la publicación, súper cómodo y recomendado.

Excelente, los cuartos con clima enfrían super! La piscina ayudó a no tener que salir por el niño que ama estar en el agua, así que es una alternativa a tener que estar yendo a la playa cada 2 hrs. Hay un Oxxo a 2 cuadras y el centro queda relativamente cerca (5min en coche). Definitivo es una opción muy viable con todo lo necesario para quedarse en la playita sin preocupaciones.

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la casa! si, es una casa rustica pero divina!! excelente decoración, lugar seguro para dormir, el área de la piscina frente al mar es fabulosa. Definitivamente regresaremos. Cabe mencionar que parece que le acaban de dar mantenimiento completo a la casa porque se veía recién pintada.

En general la casa muy bien, espacios limpios y amplios, la alberca muy limpia y perfecta para relajarse, aunque la casa está abierta es una zona muy segura y tranquila. Hubo un problema con la luz y el refrigerador y Naim lo solucionó muy rápido. Si bien la zona no hay mucho por hacer a unos 10-15 min en auto puedes encontrar más actividades turísticas. Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que la persona que limpia la casa entró sin avisarnos previamente.

I almost hate to write this review for fear that everyone will immediately recognize the beauty of this home and its location and look to book it--which would spoil my future plans to come back!!! In all seriousness, Sylvain's house is a treasure. It is beautiful inside-- I loved the living room kitchen area. The master bedroom and bath are fantastic. And the pool is actually a real pool (not a tiny square box that is dug into the ground and called a pool so that an owner can check the pool box on the listing). The pool is right off of the main living quarters and is spacious with ample deck and chairs to lounge if that is your preference. But the real beauty is the ocean--unbelievably pristine beach, completely secluded, gorgeous waters, just perfect. And the house is right there--on the beach, less than a stone's throw away. It was captivating and beautiful. I do recommend arriving to check in during daylight. It is difficult to find the house at night because there is no light.

La casa es linda pero falta mantenimiento, el baño de arriba no tiene puerta y es difícil cuando vas en familia. El baño de abajo no tiene taza. las puertas de las habitaciones no cierran o abren bien así como los canceles. Las cortinas están desgastadas. La ubicación del lugar es muy buena, la playa increíble.

Excelente lugar para descansar, nuestras mascotas estuvieron felices, el lugar coincide con las fotos, todo limpio y ordenado, la anfitriona muy atenta, zona tranquila y segura. Mi familia se sintió como en casa ya que fue una estancia larga, definitivamente regresaríamos sin lugar a duda.

We stayed at María's place for 14 days in May and really enjoyed it. María was helpful from the start and always available when needed—whether picking up Amazon deliveries while we were out or resolving internet issues quickly. When I reported an unstable connection, she had a technician there within 1–2 hours. She even invited us for complimentary coffee to her María & Montejo café, so I could keep working while it was being fixed—such a thoughtful touch. The apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, bike, easy parking in front, and great pool! We were initially worried about mosquitos (as mentioned in other reviews), but we didn’t see any! The air conditioning worked so well we barely noticed the 39°C heat outside. Also, the María & Montejo café right by the entrance serves excellent coffee and sweet breads—don’t miss the tiramisu with a fresh shot of espresso!
