Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

Very nice location. Big beautiful home and beautiful pool.

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

The independent arrival helps a lot, Manu is super attentive to any questions. The A/C in the rooms is very much appreciated. That super comfortable hammock until you want to buy one. For cooking, utensils help a lot and are well cared for. The backyard is very nice and my dog enjoyed it a lot. That cold water in the refrigerator is much appreciated. I would stay at your house again, thank you for your attentions Manu!

Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. The home was beautiful and honestly looks better than the photos. Tall privacy walls for the backyard and pool area. Neil was very friendly and always responsive to messages which was much appreciated. The home did come with some toiletries which came in handy. The home was clean and felt so very comfortable and roomy. This home has pretty much everything you need! My only issue was all the insects, which would quickly enter the home daily, but I think this is just an issue throughout the city, not necessarily the owner or home itself plus there was insect repellent provided! The ACs work great to help with the heat. Overall I loved the home and would definitely return soon.

The house is beautiful, as shown in the photos, the location is unbeatable if you are looking to be in the center of Mérida. It's really worth staying here, and Eduardo and Fabiola were 100% attentive to everything. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Rodolfo’s place! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rodolfo is a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. One suggestion I would make to future guests is to confirm ahead of time which amenities are actually available, as in our case, the paddle court, glamping area, and chicken farm were not available and we only found out upon check-in. That said, Rodolfo handled the situation incredibly well and offered a great solution that more than made up for it. This is definitely a place I’ll be booking again in the future! Highly recommended.

From day one Christine was on the lookout, super flexible and friendly, the house has a privileged location and has everything you need (and even more), close to establishments to shop or go out to eat-cenar, the pool and the beach were that plus that made the wonderful trip, do not miss the sunsets or sunrises on the beach or on the shore of the pool, definitely 10 of 10, thank you very much for all your attention 😊

Great house near the beach. Very short walk to the beach, also restaurants also in walking distance. Comfortable stay with good AC in the bedroom. The pool and backyard was amazing. Raul was vey kind host and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended.

A very peaceful place with everything to stay at home. It has some nearby places to visit and the super of the village quite practical where you can find almost everything. What we like most is that María Elena thinks of the needs of different ages and tastes of her tenants, because there was fun for everyone The only thing we suffered a little was that the water in the pool was cold. It was not possible to heat with the sun. It is a highly recommended place to spend it as a family.

This home is a gem! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Malecon with its great restaurants and laid-back nightlife. Being so close to the beach was a major plus, and the pool was amazing. We felt right at home in this house. Karla, the host, was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Great stay with the whole family. Definitely would come back!

Great place to stay. Good value for the price. As a family with 3 young kids, this place was great for the pool and beach. The inside is not fancy but functional, outdoors definitely makes up for it. All three bedrooms have AC that work great. Tip: Uber eats shows that only one or two places deliver but if you look up restaurants close by, you can message them directly and they’ll deliver to the house. Overall good place!

David’s home is located in a tranquil community, it offers a farm house feeling in a small village connected to the city. Getting to the area of cholul is not difficult and is easily connected to the main roads that lead to the north of the city, Alta Brisa and a 15-20 minute drive to Centro. It’s a home I definitely recommend having your own vehicle for. The area is safe a quiet with lots of nature and the interesting wildlife that comes with it. The home was clean and spacious for our family and a pleasant and nostalgic surprise for my Italian in-laws who experienced Mexico for the very first time during our stay in cholul. There a several little bakeries. Cozy restaurants and fruit stands within walking distance. We would be delighted to return to David’s place and recommend it to anyone who is looking for cozy home off the beaten path
