Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

Loved staying at Betzabeth's house in Chelem! It was peaceful and had great views of the ocean from the balcony. The best part is the location. You are literally a 1-minute walk from the beach. We took a refreshing swim every morning! That particular stretch of beach was the most peaceful in Chelem that we encountered. Betzabeth & her handyman Cresencio were very helpful. We requested a "higher tier" internet plan to work online & Betzabeth got that sorted out for us pretty quickly, which was appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked, washer & dryer included, A/C in all rooms, & a Smart TV. Since it is a new listing, there are some initial hiccups to sort out. The Airbnb map location given was incorrect in Google Maps. Type in "Casa Rosa" instead to find the apartment. It's closer to the east end of Chelem than downtown Chelem. Due to the concrete walls, the internet signal doesn't carry into the guest bedroom - works fine in master bedroom & living area; a wifi extender would help.

Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

The response time was excellent, we did request extra beach and bath towels and they arrived within 24 hours of requesting. Thank you to you and your team for everything. Also the onsite te of Antonio and his wife are amazing!

Carlos and Silvia were amazing hosts, we had an issue with a noisy neighbor doing loud renovations and they moved us personally to another address they had available. Great stay and we will be happy to stay again and recommend! Thank you!!

The place was great, clean, thoughtfully decorated, fast internet, and everything works! The location was private, easy to get to, and the garage makes it a spot you do not want to miss.

Perfect beach house for a vacation, 5mins walk to the beach, fresh breeze from the sea, quiet and safe area, functional kitchen. Full of fresh wind, in every room and amazing rooftop and pool - private access. Great internet for working as well. I love my stay! Kim is an amazing and sweet lady, she prepared coffee and some snack for me, drove me to progresso for withdrawing cash and recommended driver. She shares her passion for art and made me beautiful gift on my departure. My ❤️ is blowed away with her kindness and hospitality. I enjoyed great conversations with Kim. Highly recommend.

The place was very nice, very quiet, everything was excellent, the only bad thing was that the electricity failed us, but we had a solution at the time outside. Everything was excellent. And we also realized that in the evenings the light goes down a little bit.

Omar was a responsive host. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The location was great and clean. Plenty of towels and cutlery. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in downtown with nearby access to restaurants. One thing I’d suggest: the shower needs a sliding door or curtain to prevent water from spraying out onto the floor.

Everything was excellent. Clear instructions for getting there, using the facilities, etc. etc. Everything is as shown in the photos, with everything you need to spend a few days and close to shops, restaurants and markets. Very nice apartment, thank you so much for everything.

Excellent stay and very comfortable apartment. All amenities included and the area is very safe. Restaurants and bars 5 minutes away and the center just 15 minutes away, very good location. The hosts were always on the lookout for our messages and answered any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay from start to finish! The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. An excellent option to stay!!

The place has an incredible view to the sea, that was what we liked the most. The apartment has everything it describes, the kitchen has many utensils too. The jacuzzi area is equally comfortable, only if you consider the very strong breeze due to the orientation of the building. The elevator did not serve and the apartment is until the 6th floor, and in the same way the pool of the Rooftop was dirty, I think that is administration because they are common areas but if it was something that did not convince us. Similarly, I did not have a door in the junction of the Jacuzzi area with the Rooftop pool (common area), we were told that the door broke a day before, however, if we had wanted to have more privacy in that area, from that out everything was incredible, if we would return.

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I hope to be back soon!
