Merci beaucoup à Harry pour sa gentillesse il a été très amicale avec nous . Nous avons pris l’apéritif avec les habitués du bar et la soirée fut très sympathique le dîner était aussi très bon avec le véritable steak kiwi 👍 Nous garderons un bon souvenirs de notre passage ici De plus son cousin a eu la gentillesse de nous déposer à l’arrêt de bus le plus proche le lendemain cela sans supplément ce qui est rare de nos jours Merci à toute votre équipe Les Frenchee Quentin et Aline

Really clean! just like what other reviews mentioned. There's heater in the shared bunk bed room too. Private parking for guest so you don't have to park by the road side.

Really friendly and helpful family-run business close to shopping malls and city access. Room was spotless, well serviced and thoughtfully planned. Really nice couple who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thanks Anita and Shane

I didn’t notice it is an access room in a motel in the first place when I made the booking on Airbnb. Actually I prefer Airbnb rather than motel. Later I found they have one bed room apartment on their website so I asked if I could change to that and paid for the extra cost. Their manager Ruby changed it for me immediately and even provided with their best room (room no. 6). The room was tidy, bright, spacious and well equipped. Ruby was very kind, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

Was great place

Very neat and spacious accommodation that is within easy walking distance of the center of Christchurch activities. The sitting room and bedroom were nicely appointed and had high quality sheets and towels. It felt very private and chill despite the fact it’s next to downtown. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus.

Great location and short walk to restaurants and cafes. Parking was convenient too. Unit was spacious and clean.

a nice relaxing stay in downtown Akaroa. Close to the main shops and restaurants it was a great location.

We were flabbergasted at how gorgeous and private this place was, while being super close to town (1min walk). We loved the small courtyard garden with a wee view and how quiet it was meaning the bird song and stream were our backdrop. If you ever think of selling, give us a holler! 😉

Ich war vom Inserat etwas überrascht, da ich bisher immer Appartements mit Vollausstattung hatte und keine Hotel ähnliche Übernachtung in Betracht gezogen hatte. Da mir aber das Inserat, die Nähe zum Zentrum sowie zur Banks Peninsula, die Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und der Preis gefielen, habe ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden und es nicht bereut. Ich wurde sehr freundlich vom Hotel Manager empfangen, der mir alles gezeigt hat und gute Empfehlungen für die City und Cafés in der Nähe hatte. Ich habe bewusst eine Unterkunft etwas abseits gesucht und wollte neben einer ruhigen Umgebung auch die Möglichkeit haben das Auto mal stehen zu lassen. Dennoch ist ein eigenes Auto meines Erachtens nach für die Lage ausschlaggebend, da es nur zwei Cafés fußläufig in der Nähe gibt. Restaurants sind weiter entfernt und mit dem Auto leichter zu erreichen. Mir hat es hier sehr, sehr gut gefallen! Danke für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

We had a great overnight stay after our long haul flight. The motel was a 15minute bus ride from the airport with a stop right outside the motel.There was a mini store across the road so able to get a meal ingredients so a decent meal in the room.Otherwise plenty restaurants on the street.That same bus stop was the route to the city centre and the beautiful park was only 100 metres away. The room was clean comfy and a good shower.The guy at reception was very nice and helpful

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The check in was easy and the location was great just a short walk from the main areas of Akaroa. We would recommend staying here!
