Beautiful house in a wonderful location. A lovely daily walk through Hagley Park into town. We had a great time in Christchurch and are already looking to come back.

Lovely old cottage tucked away at the end of a road. Easy walk through Hagley Park to the town centre. There was everything we needed to feel at home. Very clean throughout. Particularly enjoyed the cosy lounge to chill at the end of busy days in Christchurch. Roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen too. John gave us useful tips on getting the best from our stay. Highly recommend Brockworth Cottage.

Candy was a great host, had nice special touches in the property (heaters on when we arrived, kids decorated sheets on the single beds). The fire place topped it all off!

It's got a great layout, nice and clean, with a big kitchen and living room perfect for a big family.

we really like the place and its big with many bedrooms so it easily can accomodate 16 of us. I like the kitchen, and has some basic food supplies. For big group this house is perfect for you.

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

This home had everything and more! Lots of space for a big group of people, and the bonus of having an ensuite per room was fabulous! In a nice quiet area, and the home cinema was great to come back to after a long day! Hosts were amazing in making sure had all we needed. Will be heading back again!

Really great place for a large group. We held a work off site which was excellent. Rooms were comfortable and great to have heaters in each room in winter. Hosts were super helpful.

Big house but a bit old the wash basin in one bathroom was cracked needs replacing.

We had a pleasant stay at the villa overall. The location was great—peaceful and private, with beautiful views. The villa itself is spacious and well-designed, with a lovely outdoor area that's perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living areas were comfortable and clean. However, there were a few issues worth noting. Some of the light bulbs around the villa were not working, which made a few areas dim in the evenings. Additionally, one of the bedrooms did not have hot water in the shower, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no light on the hot tub, which made it difficult to use at night time before 10 pm due to winter dark getting sooner. With a bit of maintenance, this villa could be excellent. Despite the minor problems, we enjoyed our time and would consider returning if these were addressed. Thanks for amazing experience ☺️

This house was amazing- our only regret was we didn’t stay longer. The spa, the showers, the heated towel racks and underfloor heating were all bespoke features that made staying here soooooo great.

A very comfortable night to sleep

Zane's place is amazing! Phenomenal views of Akaroa and the bays. Home is gorgeous and well equipped. If you are visiting Akaroa, we highly recommend a stay here!
