House holiday rentals in Christchurch Central City

Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Rebecca and Pete are absolute amazing hosts. The house is perfect with everything you need, lots of private outdoor area, huge deck and a hot tub. Very kid friendly with a sandpit, trampoline and toys. We felt like home!

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

The Bond estate is a beautiful property grey for family groups with an excellent playground, great heated pool and spa, and plenty of space for everyone.

Sharon is an incredible host. She made us feel like apart of her family. The home was warm, spacious and equipt with everything we might need as a large family. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are prestine, and there is plenty of space inside and out. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time, and when we are back in Rolleston we will be booking again. Thank you so much Sharon.

I can't thank Louise enough for our wonderful little homely and private cottage in the autumn trees, showering yellow leaves over the garden. Rose Cottage is just pure magic at this time of the year, especially if you are a keen photographer as l am: While it is close to the airport it isn't in the flight path so there's not that much aircraft noise, and it is close to supermarket, coffee shops, etc. Louise and Matthew are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend their property to anyone visiting Christchurch and wanting something just a slightly bit different :)

It was very comfortable. Nicely equipped. Everything my mother and I needed for a comfortable few day stay. Kelly suggested that a large car might not fit in the driveway in the garage. She’s right! However, we had no problem finding parking on the street in front of the house. The beds were very comfortable.

We had a 5-star stay in Cashmere! We loved being awakened by the dawn chorus, the expansive views, and the cozy feeling of being tucked away in the bush!

A great home in a great neighbourhood. Easy walk into the city centre. All facilities you need for a short stay. Would recommend.

We can’t recommend Blake’s property highly enough. The views are simply spectacular, the house is warm and inviting and the area is great with lots to do. Blake’s communication was excellent and always responsive. We look forward to returning again soon! Sam

We loved this Air bnb, great location within walking distance of the mall and supermarket, close to UC, warm, dry and felt safe. We would recommend and would use again.

Apartment was great, parking available. Lots of nice little touches, throw rugs, ambient lighting, bathroom accessories, heated towel rack (which I greatly appreciated in what is a cooler climate for me ) coffee machine, various kitchen items. Host responded quickly to any messages. I would book again.

Must be one of the best airbnbs we've ever stayed in and we've stayed all over the world. Very comfortable bed great shower unbelievably well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't use the magnificent outdoor area because of the weather. The treats and supplies are insane. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again definitely 5 star.

Clean and good 2 rooms in upstairs with spacious living room and kitchen in downstairs. And parking is easy.

I really enjoyed staying at Nathan’s beautiful apartment while I enjoyed my time in Christchurch. It’s close to the shopping centre. Beautiful restaurants and surrounding. I felt right at home and definitely will be coming back again to stay here.

Brie's place is seriously a gem. Waking up opening the door overlooking the balcony to the backyard farm was quite spectacular for a city guy. Everything is clean and perfect. The design of the interior makes it feel like home. I find that just by looking both outside and inside the house, brings a certain calm and peace. This is the where the value lies. It's also just the right distance to go to town (by car). And the apples in front, is really sweet and fragrant, almost like a perfume. We took one and ate it, it was amazing. I wish I knew it sooner so that it can be our breakfast (if allowed by Brie, ofc). To put it simply, it's the best blend of nature and modern. Seamless transition between inside and outside. This is one of the best place I've ever stayed on.

Wow! 5 star hotel grade accomodation. Loved every moment at Jacinta & Marc's. Clearly our hosts have a great passion for hosting and a great eye for details: beautifully appointed, "treats" in the fridge, plenty of heating (it was quite wintry), great views of the harbour. The whole place looked and felt new. Thank you Jacinta & Marc. We've had a great holiday

Great place with a great view. The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was awesome and the heated floor in the bathroom made it comfortable.
