Charming cottage near the centre

Cottage Les Marroniers is a part of La Mas de la Citadelle, an 18th century Provençal farmhouse, lovingly transformed and renovated. It’s surrounded by amazing countryside, Provençal hills and forest, yet only a short walk to the town centre. It’s truly a perfect location. Sisteron is a magical place called “The pearl of Haute Provence”. Situated on the border of Provence and the Alps, heaven for hikers, bikers, runners, walkers, swimmers as well a nature, food, history and art lovers.

Appartement de 42m2 attenant à notre maison avec entrée indépendante situé dans le hameau de "L'egaye". Vous trouverez un salon/cuisine avec TV, plaque induction, four, réfrigérateur/congélateur, cafetière "Dolce gusto" et lave vaisselle. Une chambre avec lit en 160cm et une salle d'eau comprenant une grande douche à l'italienne et un WC + 1 lave-linge. Un espace extérieur avec table/chaises. In a quiet natural environment, it has many outdoor assets: terrace, children's playground, bowling alley... This place will seduce you with its large openings and green exterior!

Without being isolated, you feel like you're in a refuge, surrounded by this nature that is 1100 m above sea level and very varied. Walks from the cottage with beautiful views and the lake 5 minutes away. Disconnection and rest assured!

FORT CHAUDON Independent apartment with garden in old restored fortification. Stunning lake and mountain views. St-Jean Montclar station 3 km away, paragliding on site, beaches of Lake Serre Ponçon 5 km away. Inside, you will find all modern comforts (TV, equipped kitchen, washing machine), outside and surrounding the garden: the fortification walls to the north and east, the view of the lake to the west (sunset!).

You will appreciate THE SPLENDID VIEW, the comfort and simplicity of a bioclimatic wooden chalet, the proximity to Lake Serre-Ponçon, Lake St Apollinaire, the start of hikes in the Ecrins Park, the brightness... This cottage was our primary residence. On the ground floor is a 2 bedroom also rented year-round to friends. Both accommodations are independent
