Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

Been here for the second time - and again fully satisfied! The apartment is well maintained, lovingly furnished and simply comfortable. We were thrilled with our first visit last year, and everything was great this time as well. Thank you for the great stay – we will definitely come back!

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property - right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you will feel completely at home from the very first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets - and even the beach is just a stone's throw away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with a fantastic view, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place - the perfect place to start and end the day in a relaxed way. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you very much! We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly live there again. It was just perfect.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

Excellent host, Elisa was very helpful and kind in managing our stay! Your suggestions and tips are valuable. The house is very convenient both with respect to the beaches and with respect to Chioggia, easily reachable even on foot.

We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The host Paolo welcomed us personally, was very friendly and provided helpful information and recommendations. The apartment was very cozy, clean and was well equipped. It’s located on the main street in Lido, so very close to restaurants and the beach but still it’s very quiet. I can only recommend.

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

The accommodation is perfect for combining total peace and relaxation with excursions to Venice. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and the air conditioning in the bedroom works perfectly. I liked Georgio's warm and personal style the best. He is very warm-hearted! Thank you for the interesting and wonderful days! I'm sure we'll be back.

A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.
