Comfortable quiet room, courteous host, room was as described. Has everything you need. Great location close to 2 trains making very accessible to rest of town. Proximity to a lot of restaurants. Highly recommend!

Spacious NYC apartment in hip, walkable, neighborhood; close to restaurants and shops, as well as subways.

Our stay at Peter’s apartment was awesome. The location was great. You had access to many subway stations. You can even see the One World Trade Center building from the living room window! Peter was always really nice, and the access was really easy. Contrary to some other reviews, I found the place really silent and great for sleeping, even if you don’t sleep much! It was also awesome that we could use the washing machine and the dryer. I only suggest buying sugar! Lol.

Had a great stay. The apartment had everything I needed, close to public transport, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. The area itself was also good, and felt safe to get in and out of the apartment any time of the day. Would definitely stay again. Thanks NY Homes!

Good location and nice apartment did the job

Edgar’s place was perfect for my brief trip to Brooklyn. Located near public transportation. Edgar was friendly and accommodating. Great, clean place for the price. Loved the cat!

What a cute little place in the heart of China Town surrounded by all its’ aromas, ambience and charm! You couldn’t ask for a better location. Jenny’s place is spotless, well equipped and charming. Our one problem was addressed promptly & with genuine concern, even though it was fairly minor. Each room has individual a/c controls which is fantastic. And the rooftop! A great place to enjoy a glass of wine and a take out order from a local restaurant. We loved this place! Now…be forewarned. One bathroom is tiny, but the other is roomier. We did not find this to be an issue but larger people might. Also the street atmosphere is lively and yes the nightclub can be noisy when it is having live music. All this is revealed by your host. We were not bothered and were prepared. Actually enjoyed watching all the activity on the street below. Be ready for a very short little walk as the street you are staying on is pedestrian only. Nice not to have traffic noise. We loved this place!

Milton’s place was absolutely perfect for our trip - very close to the subway and lots of shops for anything we need. The space was just the right amount for the two of us and had everything we needed. Milton is very friendly and I would definitely come back and stay again! Thank you Milton!

Henri’s place has an excellent location in Manhattan with walking distance to many places and short commute by bus or subway to most attractions. Super quick check-in and check-out process. It’s right next to Korea town so plenty of good Korean/Asian options restaurants and bars that open til midnight or 24/7. The room itself is big enough for four of us since we spent most of the days outside. Great experience overall!

Such an amazing and comfortable spot right in the heart of jersey city! Ben and Janine were both super kind and hospitable hosts who made us feel at home from start to finish. The amenities were very thoughtful from laundry pods to bedside fans, and being on the basement floor made for much-needed cooler temps during the NJ summer. Highly recommend making this your home away from home if you’re ever in the area!

Visited Brooklyn for a work trip and stayed at Jamal & Dacia's charming studio to get the most of Brooklyn as I possibly could in 24 hours! I appreciated how clean the space was, as well as amenities with water, snacks and ice cold AC for the hot humid weather! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Perfect place for a NY weekend. Calm and nice area and easy to reach Manhattan via train. A cosy studio with everything you need. I would definitely book here again.

Linsey’s place was easy to settle into—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was covered, from kid-friendly dishes and towels to an iron and teapot, making it feel like a home away from home. The space was quiet and restful after full days exploring the city, and the lighting in the evening made it feel especially cozy. Clear instructions and room controls helped us feel self-sufficient, and the toys for the kids were such a sweet bonus. Linsey’s communication was detailed and considerate throughout. We also loved Café Spaghetti just around the corner—a neighborhood gem with great hours and a relaxed vibe perfect for little ones.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
