Really cosy place, awesome decor and a huge bed. Would love to visit in winter to make use of the fireplaces (the weather was too good this weekend!) Hot tub was great and pizza oven fantastic. Thanks for having us!

Comfortable home in beautiful surroundings. Really responsive and friendly host. En-suite bathrooms to each bedroom and the beds were super comfy. Great parking and charger for electric car - lovely walks nearby along the river and the horse in the field behind had just given birth to a foal so our daughter was mesmerised. Oh I forgot the hot tub - that was great too!

Genuinely amazing little place to stay, in a beautiful part of the world. We were even greeted with a lemon drizzle cake :) 10/10 would recommend!

we visited to go to a wedding locally, so did not get to see to much of the local sites, but our stay was very comfortable and very pleased with the cottage as the weather meant we spent more time inside than we had planned. well done on providing such a nice cottage.

Beautiful location for a lovely farm stay, great views from the hot tub! Loved being able to watch the cows and sheep. Claire was lovely and was ready to help at any moment despite us arriving so late at night! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

We had an absolute wonderful two-night stay at this cottage! It's lovely, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could need. The welcome gifts were a delightful surprise, and the hosts were so friendly and quick to respond to all our messages. The location is perfect, just a short few minutes drive to the beach. What truly stood out was their amazing hospitality: we accidentally left something behind, and they sent it to us via next-day delivery without hesitation. We can't recommend this place enough!

A really cosy, home from home cottage with a beautiful enclosed garden overlooking the surrounding countryside. Very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom is a real treat. Thank you Debbie.

Loved our stay at the Thatched Cottage. A haven of peace & quiet and perfect location to explore the beautiful towns of the Scottish Borders. The cottage itself was immaculately clean and very well appointed. Looking forward already to a return visit.

Just returned home from a lovely stay in the amazing Bartlehill Cottage. Absolutely spotlessly clean and even nicer than the photos. The garden is beautiful and the woodland walk was perfect for our lively terriers! The cottage is so well equipped and lots of thought has been given to supplying pretty much everything you may need. Furnishings and bedding are super quality and very comfortable. Lowri is the most perfect host, helpful and very responsive to messages. It was our first visit to Northumberland and the Scottish Borders and we'll definitely be returning to Bartlehill to do some more exploring!

This was an excellent choice of accommodation and was very handy for Kelso. I am travelling with my parents this time and we really appreciated the quality of the beds, the linen and everything about Georgie’s cottage. Will definitely look to return.

Very comfortable, spacious and well looked after. Very much appreciated getting a call from John on the day we checked-in just to make sure everything was fine.

Location is great - a couple of minutes walk from the local pub (which is well worth a visit) and there are numerous great walks from the doorstep. The cottage was clean, tidy and had everything you could possibly need for a stay in the lakes. It’s a real home from home with Netflix on the TV and various board games to keep you entertained. Jo was super friendly, responsive and all in all a great host. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a perfect stay at Findara, it was peaceful, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kids loved it and didn’t want to come home. We loved the open plan kitchen, living area where we could all be together but doing different things. The kids loved playing in the garden. It had everything we needed for our family of 6. Including extra bits all ready for our baby. We cant wait to go back!

Could not fault The Hemmel at all. Absolutely beautiful. The accommodation, surroundings and view was exceptional. Ezra our labradoodle loved the enclosed garden. From the greeting off Kate, the beautiful homemade cake and flowers left for us, watching the red squirrel and the beautiful Northumbrian countryside and beaches, there was nothing we did not like about our stay. If we decide to come back to this neck of the woods, this would be our first pick. Five stars and beyond.

We had a lovely time staying in this quaint cottage near Berwick Upon Tweed. The interior has been decorated in a lovely manner and the place is immaculately clean. We loved the basket of goodies which were there upon arrival. The cottage is near to local attractions and not far for a few nice beach walks. We had an extremely comfortable stay and would visit again!

We had a fabulous stay at the Granary. Situated in beautiful surroundings away from it all, the Granary had everything we needed, so well equipped, immaculately clean , comfortable and beautifully presented. The attention to detail makes the place special. Peaceful and quiet, we watched the wildlife from the window, the hares bounding around the garden were wonderful to see. Hamish is lovely and visited every day. We definitely highly recommend

This cottage is a little gem to be found. It was perfect, very peaceful location. Small and neat, exactly as described and photos shown, has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Great location easy access to local places. The welcome pack of goodies is a really nice touch, and the Brownies were exceptionally nice. Would highly recommend this little gem.

We had a wonderful stay at penguin cottage. Absolutely beautiful location, perfect for those who want more privacy/quiet surroundings. The cottage was cleaned to a very high standard, had all the needed facilities, and we very much appreciated Laura providing milk, shortbread, coffee etc. Would happily stay again.

We felt right at home loverly view at the rear .Wish it had been a bit warmer to use the summer house more.Good location friendly village.Well house coffee shop does a great breakfast or loads of homemade cakes ,puddings only take cash .huge pot of tea for the money too. Host was very quick to respond very friendly .We will return soon.
