The thick walls provide a great indoor climate, in summer it remains very pleasantly cool. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and swimming. The Chiemsee can be reached within 5 minutes by car and the mountains within 15 minutes. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walking paths right outside the front door. The Fisherman's Home with its 230 m² is ideal for "Family and Friends." You live and cook on the first floor. An open fireplace ensures coziness. In addition, it leads to a private large garden with table and chairs as well as sun decks. The view is towards orchards and reeds. On the first floor there are a total of 2 double rooms - one of them with an en-suite bathroom - and a family room for 4 people. There is an additional spacious bathroom there.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
