Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

We had a perfect stay at Christoph's. The apartment fully matched the description and looked even bigger than in the photos. Communication with Christoph was very friendly and he was always available. Lake Chiemsee, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. We highly recommend the apartment to everyone!

We were incredibly impressed by this little piece of earth. On one side, a clear view of the mountains and on the other, a view of the lake. The lake was even better to see from the campsite. Surrounded by sheep, cows and chickens, fields and meadows, with a small pond in front of the house and in the midst of many higher trees, it is wonderful to let your soul wander. There were four of us, two adults and two kids. The apartment was just the right size and clean. The lake is easily accessible on foot and there are an incredible number of things to do.

We came to stay here for a couple of nights and bike around and it was the perfect spot. We were able to park right in front of the apartment and we didn't need the car at all. Great surroundings. The place is very cozy. Everyone was super friendly to us. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was lovingly furnished. You have everything you need. Everything was convenient. Especially the local restaurant very close to Lidl (also right on the other side of the street) was very good. Be sure to try the farmer's quila. If the windows of the bedrooms (to the street) were open at night, unfortunately you could hear the traffic. Otherwise, the area is ultra quiet. You can walk down to the lake in about 30 minutes. In addition, the sofa in the living room can also be used as a bed. But it's not as comfortable as the other beds. You will receive detailed helpful information prior to arrival. Overall, we were very happy with our nice hostess. Thank you.
