Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chiconcuac

Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Cuernavaca! I’m a rather picky traveler when it comes to comfort, and this apartment met my expectations 100%. It’s a very clean, modern space with everything you could wish for — comfortable beds, a fridge with an ice maker, a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, a BBQ area, a large terrace, and a pool with a bar, just to name a few. A special thanks to Jorge, an amazing host —very polite and attentive, always ready to help or answer any questions. I’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was great! The truth is everything is very close, we are 15 from the socket, very central and with pharmacies, meals and shopping malls nearby. Any support in the apartment was immediately attended to. We would definitely come back!!!

Very nice, the internet, gas and light never failed, the neighbors very respectful and quiet allowing you to rest well. The kitchen has good equipment to even bake bread comfortably and the location near Chedraui is very convenient.

The house is just like the photos, it shares an entrance with another house but each has its own privacy. Good sized rooms The bad points are that the power went out for about 4 hours during the weekend that we were there, and that there are too many insects in the house and in the garden. Other than that, everything was very nice, quite spacious and the pool had a perfect temperature.

We were 18 people, Fami to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We had an unforgettable weekend. The house is on a hill, it has a very nice view. The people who receive you, for that extra that you pay for the service, it's worth it. Very attentive, helpful. They are there to take care of the place and collaborate and facilitate. There are two sections in the distribution of the bedrooms. Two inside the house, each are independent with their own bathroom. Behind the house in the garden, they adapted an extension of the house that overlooks the garden. Bedrooms for visitors. They practically share a bathroom in pairs. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just accommodate, distribute to people. It can be locked every time it is occupied. And inside the house, they have an extra room with two bunk beds and a full bathroom, which can be used for the service or for two young people. The extra pool service is worth paying for. A dream for those who like hot water. Christmas fam!!♥️

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Edith is a very friendly person! 100% recommended for a wedding or event in Cuernavaca. It is a private house with lots of space (very good for a family or a couple who prefer a little more space) The house is part of a complex of 3 residences. That made me feel safer as you're not going to be complete alone. The jakuzzi is very nice for a relaxing day at home. We had a great time, Mr. Julian was very attentive, the cleaning lady was also very attentive, the cook service on the day you pay is all day, it is available from 9 am to 5 pm, the water temperature was very good, the check-in and check-out time is perfect. We had some setbacks with the TV and couldn't change the channel. We would definitely love to return.

The service, cleanliness and order were impeccable in all the spaces of the house, we thought it had a great garden, pool and jacuzzi, we spent a few days super comfortable.

Our experience at this accommodation was generally very good. We went as a family, more than 16 people, including babies, children, seniors and two dogs, and the place was well suited to our needs. Despite the maintenance details, our experience was positive thanks to José's attention and the fact that the place is well thought out for large groups. With some upgrades, this place could be great. We recommend it if you are looking for a spacious place, with a good atmosphere and staff available to help you, in addition to the fact that the host is super accessible both at check-in and check-out. We would stay again since the place lends itself to a more noisy environment, something that many accommodations do not allow.

Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The space not only met everything advertised but even exceeded my expectations: the cleanliness was impeccable, everything was perfectly tidy and cared for, which conveyed a great feeling of comfort and tranquility. In addition, the place is equipped with modern technology that made my stay much easier, from the access to the use of the amenities within the accommodation. The location is excellent, very well connected to different points of interest, which made moving around the city very easy. As if that were not enough, Isabel's attention was first, always attentive to every detail and available for any questions. I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨
