Carlos was a 10-star host, I recommend this villa 100%. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean, everything perfectly arranged. Carlos gives you some recommendations for the area to visit, he is very friendly, he is available in case you need anything. The outdoor area of the villa is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and the lawn area with chill-out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally accurate and even better in person. We had an incredible vacation, we rested a lot, we were able to enjoy a house with all the amenities and with great attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated to find such a well-kept house and that we arrive and everything is ready. To highlight, I had never been anywhere where the towels and sheets are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared barbecue area. We've been at Jose Manuel's for 14 days. The house is as described by Jose Manuel in the listing, although the photos don't do it justice. It has everything you need to spend a vacation stay, it is very spacious and located in a very central, residential and quiet area. Upon our arrival the house was clean, with the beds made, fresh and new sheets and towels. It has air conditioning in the main room, a standing fan and one of the rooms has a ceiling fan, enough to withstand the heat. The communication with Jose Manuel has been fantastic from before our arrival, giving us all the facilities both when entering and leaving. He has made us great recommendations for visits, shopping and gastronomy and his response has always been very quick to a couple of doubts that arose to us, it is available 24/7. We have been renting houses since 2021 in the area and this is definitely for repeat.

We only stayed one day but the stay was very pleasant. I loved the establishment, very well decorated and I felt right at home. We'll be back for sure. Ana María is very friendly and helpful, charming! ♥️

We loved it! We came to spend a few days as a family. The house has everything to be comfortable and very comfortable. Mayte and Adrian are very good hosts. The house is ideal for going with children, so we had a great time. Thank you for everything.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time in your house. Everything was perfect, the kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the big amount of bathtowels. The garden & pool were fantastic, we wish we could stay longer. Thank you for everything.

A great place to stay in a traditional Spanish-Rustic style. Achim is a great German host who is immediately available for questions and takes care of the well-being of the guests. The place was absolutely clean at check-in. Having breakfast in the morning on the rooftop terrace with amazing views or barbecuing at sunset in the evening was great. The property is centrally located and is close to the market square with various restaurants and shops. Free public parking is about a 10-minute walk away, loading and unloading is possible in front of the property.

The accommodation in El Palmar is mega beautiful and a good base for exploring the area. We were traveling by rental car and enjoyed it very much in the tiny house. Everything is picobello clean and practical. From the lanai you have an unobstructed view and hear the sea rustling. What more do you want?

Our stay at Marie and Wim’s casita was a 10/10. The hosts were super communicative, even upon booking, which contributed to our anticipatory excitement, with lots of local recommendations to look up before arriving. The accommodation was even more beautiful than the pictures, the splendidly arranged garden stands out particularly. We were lucky to experience it in May with fields of flowers still in bloom. There are only a few other houses around and it’s very quiet and private with a view only onto a cow pasture. The interior of the casita is beautifully curated with vintage design furniture that makes you feel right at home. We definitely recommend this gem of a place and hope to be back soon!

I had an amazing time here. The house is stylishly decorated and extremely comfortable, but the garden made the most impression on me. It's gorgeous, well-maintained, and has an amazing space to relax. It's a true oasis of peace, where you can totally relax and recharge your batteries. Our stay in this house was just perfect. The location is excellent, in a quiet area but close to everything you need. The house was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we could need to feel at home. Every detail was designed to provide comfort. Also, the host was very attentive and always available for any questions or recommendations. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for a pleasant and care-free stay. 100% recommended!

Easy access and very specific directions. Just as shown in the photos, beautifully decorated and no detail was missing. Very close to the beach. We contacted Alba at one point and she responded very quickly and solved the problem for us. Recommended cabin with all the amenities and very quiet.

Our stay was wonderful, from the first moment Noelia was very attentive to us. You can see the work and effort that both she and her husband put in to make everything perfect. The house was perfectly clean, everything very tidy and equipped, practically like new, cared for down to the smallest detail. He was always concerned that we were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

the house is great, everything you need is there. Uko's house probably has the best view of Arcos, unbeatable. Marie, the neighbor who handles everything on site, also responds quickly. There is a lot to do in Arcos itself and in the surrounding area. Uko has many tips and helps a lot proactively. Please note that parking is 200 meters away in a public parking lot, so you cannot park at the house itself. But that is the case for all small white villages if you want to stay almost in the middle of the center.

It’s right on the corner, it has a garage that will fit a small car. We were blown away when we opened the door! Kitchen is compact but has everything you need. It is also part of the living space with comfortable sofa and chairs and massive tv! Main bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe were beautifully presented. And our adult son was with us in the smaller bedroom. Air conditioning was great and there is a washing machine and to cap it off, a lovely roof top space with tables, chairs and sun lounger. Overall a lovely little find and if I finds myself back in Chiclana I will hope Ana’s house is available. She was a great, attentive host.

Raquel was very attentive and kind to us, she drove us and gave us directions at all times, very responsive and kind. The location of the house was very good if you want to go to the chiclana fair and it is close to public transport if you want to move around Cádiz.

Loved staying at the Buganvilla. Great location...close to everything but away from the chaos... Clean, updated, with everything needed for a short stay! They did a beautiful job updating the home. Would definitely stay there again!
