Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Chichester

I had a great stay at Holly Cottage. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had plenty of tea coffee and water in the room every day. The bathroom was across the hall but very warm and cosy to move between rooms. I had everything I needed everyday and a huge choice for breakfast to boot. Thank you Jane for all your help, and making sure I had an enjoyable stay.

June and Robby were so, so nice. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The breakfast was outstanding, and June even packed some food for my kid. The house is old but charming. Everything was super clean. June shared some tips regarding which places to go. Couldn't ask for more for this price!

We had the loveliest little getaway, everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was clean and cosy, and the hot tub was such a treat, especially with the peaceful setting. Thank you for being such a great host and making everything so smooth and stress-free. We left feeling relaxed and recharged. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic break or a peaceful escape.

Was a lovely hotel. Walkable distance to the shops and near a road full of restaurants and bars. A lovely bar within the hotel and breakfast was included ! :)

Fabulous host who went out of his way to help us get to a nearby wedding, including flexibility on early check-in and offers of lifts. Rooms were very comfortable and we really appreciated our delicious cooked breakfast. Felt like we were staying in a warm, family home rather than just some rooms. Thank you very much John. This stay was really outstanding for the beautiful English garden, so well maintained, so peaceful. Kate and Mark are friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Their historical home has been well maintained and updated. Very cozy and comfortable. For Jane Austen fans, the location cannot be better, one really walks in her footsteps. Highly recommended!

Alex and Rebecca are kind and friendly hosts. They gave me plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the historic town of Arundel. The room has a very comfortable bed, lots of books and a view of the cathedral. Although not en suite, guests have their own bathroom on the next landing. Breakfast is generous and Daisy the whippet is beautiful!

Great place to stay with an amazing outlook from the back. Although the house is near the road it is set back and we weren’t aware of any traffic noise. Richard is a fantastic, friendly and helpful host and makes his guests feel very welcome. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and delicious. We would certainly return for another visit!

A restful retreat in a cottage that has expanded over the centuries, is set back from the road and quiet. Jenny and David are such kind and thoughtful hosts. We shared travel stories and enjoyed interesting conversations over breakfast. Ask them about the Samurai sword purchase! Breakfast- delicious and “made to order” by David, included honey from their bees. The table was elegant with colorfully painted, handmade pottery dishes by Jenny, served in a lovely day room that looks out over their big back garden. Our room -an annex that is private with a big, comfortable bed, reclining chair, lots of drawer space, fresh flowers and a lovely tea and coffee tray. The spacious bathroom has the challenge of conquering the old style chain flush with one pull! (Our tip: pulling chain towards sink worked better than straight down). We used the blackout curtains at night, and enjoyed the views of garden flowers and sometimes chickens during the day. Wonderful stay with excellent hosts!

What a perfect stay we had! Carol was a fantastic host from start to finish and her home was just lovely and our bedroon and bathroom were absolutely great. Super comfy bed and linen, great shower and a delicious breakfast. Could not recommend more highly! Thank you for everything Carol : )))

Really comfortable room, on the ground floor with a ground floor bathroom. The room has everything you need, especially a really comfortable bed. The shower is really good! Marilyn and Dave were very welcoming, and welcomed us with a pot of tea. Communication was really easy and really quick replies. A perfect spot, especially with family just over the road.

Thank you Bev for such a pleasant stay. We had a wedding at Southlands barn which was only a 6 min drive away from the b&b, perfect location! The room was clean, spacious and Bev really had thought of everything you might need being available in there. I was particularly grateful for the coffee machine and makeup wipes 😍 The breakfast was healthy and again, just what was needed. Thanks for being such a welcoming and thoughtful host!! I’d highly recommend 💕

Perfect place to stay for the Brighton Marathon. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access into Brighton, host very helpful.

Stayed at Jan's place for 2 nights; me and my partner couldn't asked for a better place to stay. It's a few minutes walk to the beach and about 1 minute away from the town centre. Will happily return in the future. Highly recommend!

We felt like coming home. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the wonderful equipped living- room and dining area. The breakfast was great and the tips for Restaurants etc. very helpful. Our dog was welcome, too. We definitely recommand These wonderful quiet place.

We loved our stay at Lordington Park for my husband’s birthday weekend. Harriet and the staff were very welcoming and looked after us and our two sausage dogs. The room was beautiful and we loved the gardens, particularly as there were plenty of areas for the dogs to run around and let off some energy. We would highly recommend a visit!

Perfect place for overnight stay on way back to gatwick. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Continental brekky with fresh fruit hit the spot. Claire was prompt with messages and greeted us on arrival. The nearby pub, recommended by Claire, served quality meals. Highly recommend Claires place.

We had a great time in Madeleine’s place! I would highly recommend it and we would like to go back there again. The room has an amazing sea view, you can watch the sea from your bed. The breakfast was amazing. It was very nice to talk to Madeleine and she was very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality Madeleine!

Marysa was a lovely, responsive host who sent lots of detailed instructions. She helped me quickly with any questions I had and she made me feel right at home. The room was lovely and comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, light and bright and the house just smelt gorgeous. Overall I loved my stay. Thank you so much Marysa :-)
