Suitable for couple getaways. Our location is perfect for cycling, walking, nature watching and exploring the IOW. A full continental breakfast is included as well as plenty of essential supplies. If your looking for a bespoke, unique and totally exclusive stay then the Jazz Quarters is for you. The interior has been designed with a 60's feel with a nod to the mid century brutalist era in which the building was built offering a wealth of original features. Set within a stones throw from the beach and in the heart of the epicentre of a rich historical town and village that is, Southsea. This once sleepy outcrop has now gained itself a reputation for being a bubbling metropolis of cool.

This beautiful, character filled small guest house with ensuite bathroom has been lovingly restored from its original use as a bothy in older times. It features a double bed with bedside cupboard, table ,luggage stand and wardrobe for your convenience ..You have your own private entrance and private ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. You will have use of the one acre garden and a complimentary continental breakfast . There is a private car park and woodland walks to the village

The Cabin at Howe Lodge

A lovely garden cabin with vintage details. It's very comfortable, quiet, with sea views nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and coastal path. The village, pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance. The cabin is in the garden of the main home, but very private. There is a toilet and a wash basin within the cabin. The heated shower is outdoors with sea views! We offer a simple and tasty complimentary breakfast served in your cabin or on our deck (weather permitting).

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

Curl up on the sofa with a book, sit outside by the fire pit, whilst enjoying a drink, or just relax and admire the stunning scenery!

The Eco BnB, Sheet

The EcoBnB looks out onto our peaceful and private garden, through which the Ashford Stream flows. An eco-build annexe, furnished to a very high standard, peaceful and relaxing. Look us up at Ecobnb . uk for a 3D tour of the space. Sheet is a quiet picturesque village, on the edge of Petersfield, and has several excellent pubs within an easy walk. Petersfield train station/town centre are 25 minutes walk. Bedales School, and Goodwood are within an easy drive.

Spinnaker View chalet has it's own entrance and overlooks the Solent. Promenade walks into the world famous Cowes offering shops, nautical pubs & fine dining, only 500 yds from the nearest well known eating pub. Amazing location comfortable accommodation and underfloor heating. Stunning views from inside and outside on the decking. The chalet has steps and is not suitable for visitors with mobility issues. The chalet is ideal for couples and individuals.
