Jane ist eine sehr warmherzige, zuvorkommende und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Aufgrund ihres liebevoll eingerichteten Hauses fühlt man sich direkt wie zu Hause. Jeden Morgen wurde uns tolles Frühstück gezaubert. Jane kümmert sich sehr gewissenhaft um ihre Gäste, weswegen wir uns stets gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Wir danken Jane sehr für den Aufenthalt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter.

Un véritable manoir anglais, ancien presbytère, à la décoration digne de l'époque Victorienne... Et une vue magique sur les bateaux sur l'eau. On se croirait dans Orgueil et Préjugés : chaque objet et pièce est d'une décoration choisie et le jardin foisonne de plantes et arbres. J'ai été accueillie comme en famille par June, qui a ponctué mon séjour de charmantes attentions. Un petit déjeuner digne de Downton Abbey, sur vaisselle d'Angleterre et face au jardin en fleurs m'a même été préparé... Tout est à disposition dans les chambres et même davantage : mini frigo rempli par l'hôte avec attention, gâteaux, thé/café, chaussons, serviettes... J'ai été choyée comme à la maison. Merci encore pour ce séjour féerique !

We had the loveliest little getaway, everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was clean and cosy, and the hot tub was such a treat, especially with the peaceful setting. Thank you for being such a great host and making everything so smooth and stress-free. We left feeling relaxed and recharged. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic break or a peaceful escape.

Was a lovely hotel. Walkable distance to the shops and near a road full of restaurants and bars. A lovely bar within the hotel and breakfast was included ! :)

My Mum and I consider Richard and Lissey our favourite AirBnB hosts of all time! They did everything we could have imagined to make us feel welcome and at home. It was an absolute delight to stay in their beautiful home which is full charm and character; even the floors made a positive and lasting impression on me! Staying with Richard and Lissey the night before our flight and on the day of our return flight made for perfect bookends to our trip. Thank you for ALL you did for us at every step.

Fabulous host who went out of his way to help us get to a nearby wedding, including flexibility on early check-in and offers of lifts. Rooms were very comfortable and we really appreciated our delicious cooked breakfast. Felt like we were staying in a warm, family home rather than just some rooms. Thank you very much John. This stay was really outstanding for the beautiful English garden, so well maintained, so peaceful. Kate and Mark are friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Their historical home has been well maintained and updated. Very cozy and comfortable. For Jane Austen fans, the location cannot be better, one really walks in her footsteps. Highly recommended!

Alex and Rebecca are kind and friendly hosts. They gave me plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the historic town of Arundel. The room has a very comfortable bed, lots of books and a view of the cathedral. Although not en suite, guests have their own bathroom on the next landing. Breakfast is generous and Daisy the whippet is beautiful!

Great place to stay with an amazing outlook from the back. Although the house is near the road it is set back and we weren’t aware of any traffic noise. Richard is a fantastic, friendly and helpful host and makes his guests feel very welcome. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and delicious. We would certainly return for another visit!

What a perfect stay we had! Carol was a fantastic host from start to finish and her home was just lovely and our bedroon and bathroom were absolutely great. Super comfy bed and linen, great shower and a delicious breakfast. Could not recommend more highly! Thank you for everything Carol : )))

Finna et Roger sont un couple très sympathique, toujours prêt à vous aider et vous conseiller surtout pour des gens qui comme nous venions de France. Ils sont très intéressés par nos habitudes ce qui débouche sur des discussions vraiment intéressantes. Merci à eux car ils ont contribué à ce que notre séjour soit réussi. Je vous conseille ce B&B.

Thank you Bev for such a pleasant stay. We had a wedding at Southlands barn which was only a 6 min drive away from the b&b, perfect location! The room was clean, spacious and Bev really had thought of everything you might need being available in there. I was particularly grateful for the coffee machine and makeup wipes 😍 The breakfast was healthy and again, just what was needed. Thanks for being such a welcoming and thoughtful host!! We were after a relaxing break and that’s exactly what we got. Elaine is a keen gardener and her garden was beautiful. We relaxed watching the garden birds whilst sitting on the amazing window seat. Elaine’s attention to detail is second to none. Elaine made immediate contact and responded promptly to any requests for local advice. She asked about food intolerances and I said so long as there’s plenty of tea and milk we’ll be fine - what a selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, milk, jams, marmalade’s, butter, natural yoghurt, orange juice, fresh fruit and the most delicious homemade bread. Elaine and her husband were the perfect hosts and we will be looking to return here in the future. Everything is as described. Would highly recommend. Thank you Elaine and Bruce for your hospitality. Perfect place to stay for the Brighton Marathon. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access into Brighton, host very helpful.

Stayed at Jan's place for 2 nights; me and my partner couldn't asked for a better place to stay. It's a few minutes walk to the beach and about 1 minute away from the town centre. Will happily return in the future. Highly recommend!

We felt like coming home. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the wonderful equipped living- room and dining area. The breakfast was great and the tips for Restaurants etc. very helpful. Our dog was welcome, too. We definitely recommand These wonderful quiet place.

We loved our stay at Lordington Park for my husband’s birthday weekend. Harriet and the staff were very welcoming and looked after us and our two sausage dogs. The room was beautiful and we loved the gardens, particularly as there were plenty of areas for the dogs to run around and let off some energy. We would highly recommend a visit!

Perfect place for overnight stay on way back to gatwick. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Continental brekky with fresh fruit hit the spot. Claire was prompt with messages and greeted us on arrival. The nearby pub, recommended by Claire, served quality meals. Highly recommend Claires place.

We had a great time in Madeleine’s place! I would highly recommend it and we would like to go back there again. The room has an amazing sea view, you can watch the sea from your bed. The breakfast was amazing. It was very nice to talk to Madeleine and she was very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality Madeleine!

Marysa was a lovely, responsive host who sent lots of detailed instructions. She helped me quickly with any questions I had and she made me feel right at home. The room was lovely and comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, light and bright and the house just smelt gorgeous. Overall I loved my stay. Thank you so much Marysa :-)
