Cozy place to stay for a fall vacation. We loved exploring the nearby towns by day and coming home to cook dinner and play board games in the evening. We learned that staring and ending the day early worked best for us, since it got dark pretty early for mid October and the roads through the woods get very dark. Animals are active at night and the darkness/silence of the woods were an adjustment for us city folks, but overall great experience!

Absolutely stunning property. Nestled in nature between two rushing creeks, this felt like a true getaway. The bedrooms are very small, but I would say cozy. The spaciousness in the rest of the home more than made up for the smaller sleeping quarters. Bad reception outside of the home so make sure you’re clear on the directions over and have them saved offline somewhere. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay at Laura’s place. Felt like a time machine being inside with the handpicked retro decor. Super chic, cozy, and spacious. Easy access to 28 and anything in the Phoenicia/Hunter/Woodstock vicinities. Backyard was scenic, hot tub huge bonus. Hosts directions were clearcut. Will definitely be back!
