A wonderful experience to stay a few days in the apartment 'Two seas'. Everything was to our liking and the surroundings are fantastic. The bistro set on the balcony is of course very cozy, but it would also be nice if you could grab some more comfortable chairs with cushions after a long walk. Furthermore, everything was perfectly arranged.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Hidden gem with spectacular views. Very friendly and supportive hosts. Cozy getaway with everything you need. Off the beaten tracks but close enough.

Magical place to stay!

We arrived by car around 8.45pm due to heavy traffic and a massive rain storm at our last location and Franca was very good about it, very accommodating which we were very grateful for. Franca gave us very clear driving and parking instructions well in advance so we knew we could not enter the village by car - because we arrived late in the evening, there was sufficient parking available. We were, at first, intimated by the walk with our luggage but very grateful that Casa Capellina was one of the first accommodations at the top of the hill! It took 5mins but it was work! ....especially going back up the hill when we checked out. The view from this apartment is absolutely stunning. The tiny staircase you'll need to climb each time is truly worth it! All kitchen and bathroom essentials were available and the bed is very comfy! .....we got used to the bells ringing from 7am. We fell in love with this place, we were sad to leave :(

Giacomo's house gave us a weekend of peace and tranquility. Surrounded by greenery, about 10 minutes by car from Moneglia, it is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy a moment of peace. Impeccable cleanliness and proactive host in communications.

We were greeted by Massimo, a very kind and generous person, who cares about the well-being of his guests and who is available to respond to requests. The single-storey house is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished. Lots of charm.. Very well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook. The small terrace in the extension of the kitchen was very popular. The geographical location, very convenient for visiting Liguria and part of Tuscany... And then Massimo has good addresses to share... We had a very good stay and we highly recommend this house. Thanks again to Massimo for his kind welcome.

A remarkable view, comfortable apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location allows you to reach the center of Lavagna and the sea in 5 minutes; the center of Chiavari in 15 minutes. Leave the car and walk... The view is truly remarkable.

This remarkable home, situated near Cinque Terre, offers breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape. The property is nestled in an authentic Italian village, providing a secluded and unspoilt retreat. The spacious home boasts all the necessary amenities and boasts an easily accessible parking space. Alessia, our Airbnb host, was exceptionally hospitable, helpful, and professional, making our stay truly unforgettable. I definitely recommend this property !!!

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. We slept very well in the room with double exposure to the sunrise and the valley that opens towards the Scriva Valley and the mountains of the Ligurian Apennines, where the sun sets behind the peaks in the relaxing silence of the woods. The apartment is very tidy, very clean and airy, functional and with many really appreciable amenities: well-equipped kitchen, terraces and balcony overlooking nature. Each window is a painting: in one, we happened to see fallow deer coming down from the woods to graze around there. The other inhabitants of the place are also very nice; some hens, a rooster, two good dogs and two very intelligent cats, and the little geese that occasionally come out in groups. The welcome was exceptional, Simona and Luca are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable hosts, ready to offer valuable advice to discover it at its best. The welcome aperitif is also very welcome! We had a super relaxing stay! The location is unique, the property is right by a rushing stream and also for dogs the property is perfect (the large garden area is fenced or bordered by the stream of course). Alice has already sent us all the information in advance and welcomed us very warmly! We felt like we were visiting a friend:) the location is quiet and invites you to take walks... we would have liked to stay longer.

We had already been to Lavagna in the past few years,but staying in the hotel. Having recently had our third child,they needed a place in a comfortable location,facing the sea and with all the comforts,elevator included. We had an excellent value for money,a nice spacious apartment,equipped with everything you need for a large family like ours. Everything perfectly working,from the TV,to the coffee machine,washing machine, various appliances. In addition, there were very nice books for children and small children. The rooms are very spacious and airy,with a huge balcony that goes around the house,Claudio on our arrival made us find various snacks for breakfast, coffee pods and fresh drinks. What can I say,really an available person,courteous and in a way,also very flexible for check-in and check-out. We will definitely return to Stay at Claudio's, ours was a super pleasant experience!!

Bruno is amazing, we needed a doctor on a Sunday which he arranged, helped with luggage, communicated about transport and helped carry our bags up the stairs when we arrived. The stairs are as described, there are quite a few but it’s worth it to be in Portafino.

Very nice apartment and very well located, with the charm of a small balcony. Adriana greeted us in person and gave us plenty of good advice. Successful stay!

The apartment was well appointed and Maura was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Stefano is an ideal host, very friendly and welcoming. He also provided us with very good addresses and good recommendations for our stay in Genoa. The apartment is very nice with atypical decoration, like a museum. The bedding was also very comfortable. At first glance the street seems a little "hostile" but we had no problems except a little noise the first evening. Please note, however, that there are many steps to climb to access the apartment. Finally, I highly recommend Stefano's accommodation.

Cozy and pristine apartment has absolutely everything you need for relaxing vacation. With breathtaking view, especially during sunrise. Having free parking outside is an advantage for those who travel by a car. The location is perfect for exploring nearby villages of Cinque Terre. Davide’s instructions made check-in and check-out easy and fast.

Absolutely stunning. Perfect place to stay to visit cinque terre. Amazing deal for such a nice place. 10 minutes walking to the nearest train station which has a fair amount of trains per day to cinque terre. The next closest station (La Spezia Centrale) is still very close and has plenty of trains (10-15 minute drive away). Furthermore, the host provided two bikes which made everything easy. Super friendly host, spotless place. The free coffee is also very good. Neighborhood is very peaceful, zero street noise. There also happens to be a very friendly neighborhood cat across the street. 100% would recommend.
