Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chiapas

Highly recommended accommodation, my family loved it, everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is spacious, safe, very well equipped, clean, tidy. An excellent option are the snacks it offers, we loved it.

only a small observation the tv if it should be for me in the hall I am in the encounter of having the tv in the beds but well that is my opinion. the upstairs bathroom did not have the option to bathe there I was seen by the neighbors that I do not like everything else out of ten

Place near many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, etc. The area where it is located is quiet, the house is safe and comfortable, it has everything you need.

The host jazmin is the best very friendly and responsive the house is clean.

The accommodation offered by Rolando is very clean and well located near the center. The value for money is great. Please note that the neighbors' dog and the birds can be noisy, but this is not the owner's fault! I recommend this accommodation for those wanting to visit Oaxaca!

Mrs. Patricia and her husband are good hosts, people who care that we live an incredible experience for the people who visit this beautiful city, the house is a very cozy place with all the services very safe and spaces to be able to eat outdoors 100% recommended.

We stayed here for two months, April and May. The best thing about this apartment is the beautiful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The wonderful host, Luis, who lives on the premises, was educated and well-traveled, and we enjoyed talking with him about the different places we had both been in the world. He was also always immediately responsive to any issues we might have. We have lived all over the world since leaving the US 20 months ago, and the kitchen was quite large and, hands down, the best we have had anywhere. Also, we thought the beds were very comfortable. And the property also has its own washer and dryer. The house is divided into several Airbnb rentals. It is pretty walkable to El Centro and the Guadalupe Walking Street—about a 15 to 20-minute walk. In addition, there are restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and an OXXO close by. The park is about a half-block away, and it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from there to anywhere in San Cristobal. The downside would be the same as everywhere in Mexico that we have been—noise, although the internet (usually a problem) was actually pretty good here, and compared to other places we have been in Mexico, we really couldn’t complain much. The street has a fair amount of traffic, but we didn’t hear a lot of dogs barking, which is usually a big problem for us in Mexico; however, we did hear firecrackers—sometimes because of people celebrating a particular holiday. We never felt unsafe, especially walking at night, but we always stayed on the main streets in the main areas.

We loved our stay at Larissa's apartment! The location is perfect, we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit in San Cristóbal de las Casas. Larissa was super friendly and attentive from the beginning, she always responded very quickly to the messages, which made everything even easier. The depa was very nice and clean, just as seen in the photos. We felt super comfortable. Also, as an extra tip: don't miss the skites that they sell right down the depa, they are delicious! We were happy and would definitely stay here again. Super recommended!

Our stay was amazing. Eder Vidal is an awesome host. He is very responsive and helpful. The place is very clean and spacious. The floor and furniture were super clean and felt like home. The place has the privacy and peacefulness we needed. The mall is about 5 minutes drive; and the city center was less than 10 minutes, so everywhere was easy to get to. We definitely will be considering the same place in future visits.

Great place, 100% recommended. Beautiful apartment with garden views and city views, great private patio area too. Very clean, quiet, private, a lot of sunlight. Cleaning service includes weekly sheets, towels and etc. changing, Also optional room cleaning. WiFi is super good for working remote. Well furnitured kitchen and spacious. Lots of hot water and water pressure. No dog barking, no street noise. We even got welcome gifts! Location is awesome. Convenient surroundings, bakery, frutas y veduras, cheese, tiendas, barbershop, agua station, and laundry, all in the same street or around the corner or just one block away. Around 5 min. Walk from ADO bus station, 8 min. Walk to the center, 12 min. walk to a mountain view and city view church, 15 min. walk to the SEDEM (a huge sport complex). Ana is responsive and helpful. We definitely return.

The place is very well connected, easy to get anywhere from there. The spaces are spacious, well-lit, and the decor is tasteful. The whole apartment is air-conditioned, it has all the almost new furniture of very good quality. Communication with the managers is fluid, they are super attentive to resolve any situation. The parking lot is closed, you can leave the vehicle without having any worries. A few steps away there is a very large park to go for a jog or walk the dog. The only thing that could be improved but does not depend on them at all, is that there is no convenience store nearby so it is necessary to order for Uber eats.
