Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Chiapas

The accommodation is very spacious, beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very attentive from the beginning: he personally handed us the keys, explained the layout of the place and was very kind at all times. The area is quiet and pleasant, with several restaurants nearby, and it is within a reasonable distance of the center, which makes it very convenient. Definitely a great option to stay.

A magical experience in the middle of the forest. The villa is cozy, clean and surrounded by nature, perfect for disconnecting and recharging. Margarita was an excellent host: attentive, kind and always available to help us with what we needed. Undoubtedly an unforgettable stay. We will be back soon!

beautiful, comfortable and privacy

It was 19 people including kids. Fit all of us comfortably. I would recommend only one person to shower at a time otherwise there won’t be enough water pressure and warm water for everyone. It was easy to get places from where we were. Could have probably also walked but it would have been about 1+ miles to get to the restaurants and shops. Enjoyed my stay overall

Mrs. Patricia and her husband are good hosts, people who care that we live an incredible experience for the people who visit this beautiful city, the house is a very cozy place with all the services very safe and spaces to be able to eat outdoors 100% recommended.

Miguel was perfect host , place rustic and serene ! beautiful house , with enclosed , secure patio and lush garden . Close to downtown restaurants , central Historico, pleasant short walk.

We stayed here for two months, April and May. The best thing about this apartment is the beautiful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The wonderful host, Luis, who lives on the premises, was educated and well-traveled, and we enjoyed talking with him about the different places we had both been in the world. He was also always immediately responsive to any issues we might have. We have lived all over the world since leaving the US 20 months ago, and the kitchen was quite large and, hands down, the best we have had anywhere. Also, we thought the beds were very comfortable. And the property also has its own washer and dryer. The house is divided into several Airbnb rentals. It is pretty walkable to El Centro and the Guadalupe Walking Street—about a 15 to 20-minute walk. In addition, there are restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and an OXXO close by. The park is about a half-block away, and it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from there to anywhere in San Cristobal. The downside would be the same as everywhere in Mexico that we have been—noise, although the internet (usually a problem) was actually pretty good here, and compared to other places we have been in Mexico, we really couldn’t complain much. The street has a fair amount of traffic, but we didn’t hear a lot of dogs barking, which is usually a big problem for us in Mexico; however, we did hear firecrackers—sometimes because of people celebrating a particular holiday. We never felt unsafe, especially walking at night, but we always stayed on the main streets in the main areas.

The place is very nice to disconnect, there is a shop nearby. It would be good if there were more cooking utensils, coffee, salt, sugar, etc. The area is perfect!

Magnificent Place

Super comfortable, clean, very good location a few steps from the cathedral. The service was very fast 10/10

It's a pretty clean and quiet place, the host always answered our questions and was flexible with the schedules. We didn't have hot water, but other than that, the people were very kind. The place has other things that the host doesn't mention, such as a really nice field to play soccer, a coffee maker, tables, a rocking chair and drinking water.

A great choice for a memorable family time. Super equipped for a family of 8 adults and 2 small children… Seriously the photos don't do it justice, it is beautiful and the view is unparalleled. We hope to return soon

I spent a night in space, but I actually just slept since it was part of a work itinerary. However, I can say that the treatment and follow-up of the hosts was very attentive.

An excellent place to rest, spend family time and recharge with nature! Very clean, tidy and safe, with spacious and well distributed spaces to have a comfortable and pleasant stay! I recommend it 100% Carlos and don Rafa always very friendly and attentive to everything.

The place is beautiful, you arrive at the pier and you pass about 15mins by boat, between the mangroves the flora and fauna of the place, it welcomes you a place between palms and cabañas by the sea, there is no sign of cell phones and the light is provided by solar panels, the place is to disconnect, as it is natural of an ecotouristic center for the fauna, just take into account this point since the accommodation will only have night light and the cabins although they have pavilion for the beds and protection on the ceiling, the floor is with bugs from the region and multitude of mosquitoes past 6pm. The food is rich, the people were very friendly and the landscape beautiful, the beach if you don't know how to swim only wet your feet, the waves are strong and on the shore there are swirls, the pool a little neglected but son enjoyed it quite a bit. Overall it's a beautiful place if you love nature.
