Holiday rentals with beach access in Chia

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfekt lokation in the old town with lots of restaurant and coffee shops around. Although in the busy area, very quiet and pleasent trought day and night. Very clean and fresh, has all the amenitis that makes you feel like home. The host was very helpful.

Sehr nette Unterkunft, von der aus das Meer in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Lage im Feriendorf ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön, inmitten von Pinien, aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, was jedoch bereits bei Buchung bekannt war (Parkmöglichkeiten zur Genüge vorhanden). Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspüler) und die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns nicht groß gestört (Aufenthalt Anfang Juni) Würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

das Apartment ist so wie auf den Fotos oben am Hang. Somit abgelegen und ruhig. Nur wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch ohne Auto zum weiten Strand. Der nahe gelegene Ort Sant Anna Arresi ist klein aber fein, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

This is a truly lovely apartment. It's well equipped, with everything you need, plus many special touches. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but is just a 15 -minute walk to a gorgeous beach and less than a 10- minute walk to the center of Pula. We loved the area and the charming town. Sabrina and Mauro were very helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the welcoming treats for our arrival. We hope to return.

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

Nettes Appartment, alles was notwendig ist war vorhanden. Außenbereich sehr schön, vor allem die Außendusche hat uns überzeugt. Die Strände in der Umgebung (Chia, Tuerredda) sind sehr, sehr schön und innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch das nette Städtchen Pula ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten gut erreichbar und auch zu empfehlen. Ohne Auto geht es nicht, es gibt keine Restaurants die zu Fuß gut erreichbar wären. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung auf einer Anhöhe liegt, hört man den Verkehr von der Straße auch in der Nacht, was uns ein wenig beim schlafen gestört hat. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Gegend.

Wir hatten als Familie mit einem 9 Monatigen Kind eine sehr schöne Zeit! Das Airbnb (vor allem die Küche) ist sehr gut ausgestattet um sich gut selbst zu versorgen. Kinderbett und -Stuhl waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Zum nächsten Strand sind es zu Fuss ca. 10 min, die schönen Strände in der Gegend sind in einem Umkreis von 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Am besten hat uns der Strand von Tuerredda gefallen. Fussläufig gibt es eine Bar (Ghost Kitchen), welche eine sehr gute Auswahl an süssen Teilchen zum Frühstücken bietet. Angeschlossen ist hier auch ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Frischetheke. Einen Conad und Crai gibt es im nächst grösseren Städtchen Pula - etwa 20min mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt eine gute Pizzeria (Mirage) ebenfalls fussläufig. Das Airbnb ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um den Süden Sardiniens zu erkunden.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. This place is great. Clean and practical and the location is right across the road from the beach with some great restaurants in wallkng distance. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

The property looks like the photos, but being situated above the sea with private views, bbq, outdoor shower, balconies and a private path into the sea was even better than expected! The property was clean and the kitchen and WiFi were easy to use. The second bedroom is small and dark, but comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed the peace and quiet with easy walking to the grocery store, restaurants and the local beach. I cannot wait to return!!!

Riccardo’s home was perfect for our family. Gorgeous views right on the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. He was very responsive and provided lots of local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Alles war wie beschrieben, super Wohnung für ein Paar, grandiose große Terrasse, tolle Gegend. Leider waren Mitte April außerhalb der Saison noch nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet und wir konnten den Pool nicht nutzen. Das wussten wir natürlich vorher, trotzdem war es schade, weil er bei dem teilweise sonnigen Wetter doch sehr einladend aussah. Sonst würden wir auch 5 Sterne für Preis/Leistung geben. Ganz toll waren die Tipps und die schnellen hilfreichen Antworten von Matteo und Katia. Super war auch, dass die beiden Klimaanlagen das Schlafzimmer und den Wohn-Essbereich ganz schnell mit Wärme erfüllt haben.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Angelo und Giovanna!! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, mit einer tollen großen Terrasse. Von dort hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge. Von der Wohnung ist man schnell am Strand und die Gegend in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist auch schön. Der Kontakt zu Angelo und Giovanna war super. Sie haben immer sehr schnell geantwortet und waren super zuvorkommend. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren ein paar Küchengegenstände (es gibt keinen Herd, nur eine einzige Kochplatte, Schüsseln) Aber für die paar Tage war es in Ordnung.

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.
