House holiday rentals in Chevy Chase

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

Our experience at the Wizards Escape was amazing! Nate, our host, was the best. He checked in to make sure that we were getting the best experience out of the house. The atmosphere is unreal! We really felt we were at Hogwarts Castle. The bedrooms are so full of detail. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine. The Great Hall is magical! The escape rooms.. fantastic. We only stayed 2 days but tried to get in all the activities that were available. We played quidditch golf, did escape rooms, had a scavenger hunt, made great meals in the Weasley's kitchen. We had dinner in the Great Hall under the levitating candles while listening to the Harry Potter music in the background. This house is a home to be experienced. We are definitely coming back!

This was a very nice place to stay for our family trip to DC. The Metro was a very easy walk and Jagan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as well. He was also great at answering our questions.

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience staying at Raquel’s place! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Raquel was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

This family home radiates warmth and the personal tastes of its owners. It is welcoming, and comfortable with an exceptional kitchen, good beds, and interesting art. Our family of 3 and our dog were here on business. After a tiring day, the informally landscaped yard was a private, serene oasis just minutes away from urban activity. And the pool is more beautiful than its picture. Patricia is a perfect host in every way. We recommend her home highly and would rent it again.

We stayed in Katherine's place at a very difficult time - we came to DC for our son's heart surgery. We could not have been happier to be staying in such a comfortable, lovely, and truly homey place during this difficult time. The house is very practical, with a perfect lay out (it was my husband and I, our two kids, and our in laws staying at the house, and we had plenty of space). The play room and the variety of toys and books were absolutely amazing for the kids to be happy and entertained at home for hours on end, while my son recuperated from the surgery - the layout is excellent, because you can cook, or relax in the living room, while being able to monitor the kids at all times in the playroom. Katherine was very responsive, flexible and a please sure interact with at all times. The DC summer heat and mosquitos did not allow us to enjoy the backyard as much as we hoped, but in a different weather, the backyard would for sure be wonderful to enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and spacious. I was a little nervous about parking but there was always plenty of room on the street. Overall I would definitely recommend this place!

Rolando is a great host-very friendly and responsive. We had several very nice conversations and were quite impressed with his garden. The apartment was quiet and very well furnished. The location is perfect--although the street is very quiet, it is walkable to Wheaton Mall (including a Costco and Giant supermarket), a huge variety of ethnic restaurants, and the Wheaton Metro Station. All in all, I highly recommend a stay.

Very complete home for a home studio, everything clean and tidy. We liked it very much, I think we would come back if we were to visit nearby places. The surroundings are quiet, no noise and nice to walk our dog. Totally recommended.

Jessica's apartment was clean, and welcoming. She was extremely responsive with messages, any questions I had she answered promptly! the parking was wonderful especially with our large vehicle! Restaurants were in walking distance, our apartment was quiet. We will happily rent this location again in the future!

That house is unreal!!! It's so spacious and clean. The kitchen has all the amenities, the shower is hot, the beds are comfortable. It made my family vacation unbelievable. Anax was the best. He even left us some snacks! We all enjoyed the house!

We loved staying here for American’s graduation weekend! It was about min to campus. Beautiful house on a cute street with easy parking. Great patio and backyard which was great for our dog.

If you're a tourist exploring the area, I recommend Zena's place. If you're a business professional, you guessed it, Zena's place. I was just in town for a short time and found this listing at the last minute. What luck! My stay was wonderful. Check-in is easy. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. No complaints. Would absolutely return in the future.

We had a really nice time at Fatimah's home. We stayed for almost 6 weeks, so really got the feel of it. We loved the reading room with fully stocked library, as well as the backyard. The location was also convenient to everything we needed, including DC proper. Thanks for a really great stay.

What a beautiful house! We’ve stayed at several Air BNBs in this area over the last few years - this one is absolutely one of the best! We will definitely be back! The house is easy to find, updated with nice finishes and very comfortable! One bed and bath (with tub) downstairs, and two more bedrooms and primary bath upstairs. Cute little deck off the kitchen was great for morning coffee, and it opened to a nice private backyard. The hosts were very responsive, proactive and helpful. It was a great weekend and we look forward to coming back soon!

The house and neighborhood are lovely and quiet. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious living room and dining room. Well-equipped kitchen, though some of the appliances are fairly complicated to operate -- specific instructions in English on how they work would be helpful. Street parking is not available most of the time so use of the rear carport space is essential and make sure you get the remote opener from the owner.

Very nice space. I was here on my own and felt very safe and easy to access with lots of privacy. This is in the basement and I could hear the family up above at one point ( not all time) but I didn’t mind it at all, not bothersome. Easy parking and a short walk around to the back and a short stairwell down to the door. Lots of space, too much for me really, but I enjoyed it, lots of nice decorations and nice touches. I would stay there again.

Loved this place so much!! It was so clean, new towels/sheets, beautiful new bathrooms, gorgeous spacious kitchen, great location close to metros and stores, etc. Hosts were amazing as well. Let us check in early, answered all my questions, provided everything we would need like a hotel. We had the best time. I would definitely stay here again.

This is such a lovely, peaceful place right in the heart of Silver Spring, Maryland. The yard is beautiful and the house is so comfortable and quiet. We were there for 5 days for our son’s wedding and it was a haven for us during the hectic pre-wedding days. The kitchen is wonderful. Everything was very clean. The back enclosed porch was a fantastic additional space to be able to sit in. There are many other small things that make this house so nice- lots of attention to detail and pre-thought so there is nothing you need. Michelle and Jeff were SO considerate and quick to respond to us. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having family stop by to see us. We hope to be able to come again when we are in town to visit our son.

Such thoughtful hosts!! Place was exactly as described- the amazing part of this place was all the small details. The host hosts provided. Snacks and half-and-half and a variety of coffee K pods. Location was amazing, walked to almost everywhere I needed to go, but the parking in the back of the space was also great
