The Casa del Cenote Negro is ideal for nature-loving families who want to enjoy Laguna Bacalar. It has a rustic open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining area with ample space for a family gathering. There are two bedrooms with king beds and a 3rd room with 2 additional matrimonial beds. There's a lakeside terrace with spectacular views of the Cenote Negro, plenty of seating for outdoor meals & hammocks. The lakeside dock is shared with guests in the other dwellings on the property.

Access to the king-size bed in the loft is by narrow spiral stairs. Down stairs is a trundle bed . The bathroom is also downstairs. . Please understand the Palapa roof is made of natural fibers and NOW with air conditioning... but plenty of fans! Lakefront. 30 megas of internet.

Enjoy this beautiful place that has 2 independent apartments within it (Lock off). Both apartments have all the comforts including kitchen and refrigerator. It is very close to the downtown area, which still makes it very quiet and well located as it is a few blocks from the lagoon and the fiscal pier.
