Waterfront holiday rentals in Chesterfield Township

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

Steve & Lisa were great! Nice clean cozy peaceful space to relax and unwind. The beach across street is amazing and great for beach glass I went home with 50lbs!!!! I will definitely be back if I ever need somewhere to stay in Leamington

Nice place to stay that's just a couple minutes away from all the stores and restaurants in Chatham. Looks just like the pictures, has really good water pressure and heat in the shower. We didn't use the kitchen so I can't say anything on that, but we used the washer and dryer and it was fine. Host was very friendly & responsive to our messages. Heads up though, if you are over 6 ft you might feel a little cramped with some of the ceilings and shower. Not sure if it's because we're used to higher ceilings in the U.S. or this had lower ceilings because of it being the ground unit, but a few of the drop ceilings were just an inch or two away from my husband's head. Not a make or break! Just want to give a warning in case someone needs it. Also the 2nd bedroom is pretty small, not anything un-doable but it was hard to fit and open a suitcase in there. Overall a good, cute place and host!!

I was raised much of my younger years in New Baltimore. It's a great location near my family, high school friends, several restaurants, & the park on the bay. Many interesting area sites & museums are within an hour drive. Everything needed to be comfortable is within the unit. Gina, Thanks for being a good host.

Beautifully decorated apartment with great furnishings and a very comfortable bed with great pillows. However, no wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom. Person upstairs respectful and not noisy. There’s not a lot to do in the area but it is a lovely location opposite the water. We had an issue with Wi-Fi and the fire stick but Olivia came up immediately to check that it was still working. Despite coming to check Olivia did not introduce herself to us so we did not see her which felt impersonal. However, Olivia was very kind enough to amend our booking when our plans changed which was greatly appreciated.

This was my first air bnb, and I will never stay in a hotel again. I had such. great experience. Everything I could have possibly needed was in there. Towels, toaster, kuerig machine, dishes, dish soap, a sponge and even a dishwasher pac for the machine. It has a huge microwave, stove, and full size fridge and freezer! The rest room even had a washer and dryer and a pod to run the washer with. I and my husband LOVED the private balcony to walk out on. We enjoyed watching the river and the travelers boating on it. My dad and mom loved the space we were staying in. This Air bnb will not disappoint as it is just like living in a beautiful apartment. It smelled amazing when entering the foyer and the home. I loved the electric fireplace, the massage chair and the wooden Mountie Moose to greet me everytime I went in and out. I would certainly stay here again. It was a wonderful, happy experience. Extras in the kitchen to snack on were a nice, sweet touch too. Thank You again Helen

We had a great stay. The view is amazing, the kitchen was well appointed, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the house. Host was very communicative and friendly. We would stay again!

Neil was a great host. Even with the confusion at check in (fault of my own) he was extremely understanding and proactive. The home was beautiful and the view was even better!! Clean, comfy and had just about everything you need. Short drive to stores and restaurants, the only thing I’d say is if you renting in the colder months, bring warm pjs and socks. The girls were cold and the guys were not lol Overall, 5 star experience.

Man the house is great! View is awesome! Exactly as advertised, plenty comfortable for a work crew, all the bathrooms, it was great, wish I had more work this way! Haha Host was also super accommodating, definitely recommend!

A beautiful property with wonderful and generous hosts! Denise and Rog left no stone unturned to make you feel at home; every snack option available and plenty toiletries if you forgot any. They are incredibly responsive to requests and questions. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again, I don't need to look any further then the Lodge!

Jim was a great host! The place was exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view, we had everything we needed, everything was spotless and the beds were super comfy. Wish we could have stayed a little longer!! Kingsville it s cute town with lovely restaurants a nice shops!

This is a amazing place to stay. I highly recommend. Great location and can walk to everything. Will definitely be coming back.

The only down side were the May bugs that invade the general area this time of year that are not something the owners can control. I would love to come back and stay at this property at a different time in the future! The hosts and home were excellent!

Very nice new accommodations. Had everything we needed. Kitchen and laundry room well supplied. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

I was a bit curious with the host meeting us to transfer keys however it is because of the security with the building. Host was extremely friendly and welcoming checking us in and giving recommendations. The condo was fantastic. Extremely convenient access to the people mover and very comfortable. One of my favorite Detroit stays so far!

It is not often you get to say this, but the photos for this rental do not do it justice. You walk in and the place looks like it belongs in House & Home Magazine. The furniture, art, carpet and linens are all top of the line and you can tell the hosts did not hold back in delivering a five star resort like vibe. Highly recommend for longer stays as the unit has all the comforts of home. Nothing worse than running to the store to get things like cookware, can openers etc… if had an air fryer to reheat leftovers. All you need is your suitcase and toothbrush.

Stayed here for work, great location near many grocery stores and lots to do. Always easy to find parking on the street. For people not from Windsor, sandwich can seem a little rough but it’s 100% safe. Police station is a 2 minute walk from the house. I worked 12-16 hour days always coming home late at night and I never had any incidents. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Shiyun always comes by to clean out the trash/bathroom throughout the week and is very responsive for any questions or concerns. For the price it’s very good, everything matched the photos, bed was comfortable, shower works great. 5 stars ⭐️

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

The location was perfect and very quiet. The condo is in very good shape The yard is large and waterfront. The host and family made us feel very welcome. Good restaurants and bars close. We will be returning.

Overall good l for the price. Place was clean.
