This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved it. 10/10 definitely recommend booking here, I felt right at home lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area if needed. The host was very responsive and always checking in to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. The area was really nice, very quiet and I felt very safe. I would definitely be booking again. My stay at the Rock House was incredible -- absolutely one of the most unique, spotless, adorned, and beautiful homes I've had the fortune to stay in. Tamela was proactively helpful, gracious, and curates a comprehensively equipped space -- everything you could hope for in an Airbnb host! I appreciated all of the touches that made my stay seamless, as well as the very comfortable beds. The location is also very peaceful, historic, and walkable. 10/10 stay; do yourself a favor and stay at the Rock House whenever you find yourself in the greater Detroit area!

Neil was a great host. Even with the confusion at check in (fault of my own) he was extremely understanding and proactive. The home was beautiful and the view was even better!! Clean, comfy and had just about everything you need. Short drive to stores and restaurants, the only thing I’d say is if you renting in the colder months, bring warm pjs and socks. The girls were cold and the guys were not lol Overall, 5 star experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Julie’s house. The location is gorgeous. You can watch the boats go by on the dock or from the living room. The house was immaculate! She provided a tun of towels and toiletries. Our kids enjoyed the basket of treats she left! We will definitely be back next year! This is one of the most reasonably priced homes for what you get compared to others! 100% recommend!

So glad I booked the Little Yellow House with Liz & Zach for my recent work trip! it was in the cutest neighborhood, very quiet (lots of cute dogs around too!). Great location on the street making it easy to find. The house was so adorable too, great sized rooms and friendly layout for my sweet, old puppy to navigate with his limited eyesight. Felt cozy, well kept, and provides great amenities. This will definitely be a recommendation to friends and added to my favorites list!

This was perfect for our stay to come up to go both to the Royal oak music theater as well as visit family from out of town. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs the house was really quiet on the street neighbors were respectful easy access to 693 and to get around Thank you so much would highly recommend and stay here again

Daniel and Anthony’s place was superbly clean and comfortable. The neighborhood and apartment are quiet and peaceful, and street parking was plentiful. Extra touches like a fan in the bedroom and bottled water were a nice touch. I was in town for a wedding at the War Memorial and easily got a Lyft to and from the venue.

Traveling to Detroit and not knowing where to stay at first, Kelsey’s place was the perfect find! The area was safe and quiet, lots to do and find around the area, not too far from Downtown either! Parking is available around the area and the instructions on where the place is and how to get in is clear! It was clean and all amenities listed were there! It’s a comfy place and we would stay there again!

Cassandra was super awesome😌 I made a long drive from the bottom of the states and the house was very welcoming. Any issues or questions I had, she was very responsive and thorough especially considering I was unfamiliar with the area. I enjoyed my stay and felt safe (solo woman traveler). It is not often you get to say this, but the photos for this rental do not do it justice. You walk in and the place looks like it belongs in House & Home Magazine. The furniture, art, carpet and linens are all top of the line and you can tell the hosts did not hold back in delivering a five star resort like vibe. Highly recommend for longer stays as the unit has all the comforts of home. Nothing worse than running to the store to get things like cookware, can openers etc… if had an air fryer to reheat leftovers. All you need is your suitcase and toothbrush.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

This is a very cozy and comfortable condo. We really did feel right at home here. it is very conveniently located to be able to access many restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive to all communications and was even able to accommodate a last minute extension on our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

While the building is a grand old house--the exterior has been rebuilt to it's former glory and the foyer is gorgeous--the attic space where the Airbnb is does not reflect the original late 1800s furnishings. The whole of the Airbnb space matches the photos provided, with only the collar ties to hint at the original look of the place. The neighborhood is well worth a walkabout, if weather permits. Aside from aesthetics, the Airbnb itself was akin to a furnished studio apartment. It was very clean, the shower ran hot and cold, and the aircon behaved perfectly for the 90+ degree outdoor temperatures of my stay. As advertised, the ceiling is very low and sloped, because it is an attic. Anyone over maybe 5'6" will have to crouch some to get into the bed or sit in the center of the couches.

We had a great time at Paula's! The place was spotless and very comfortable. Paula provided everything we could need and is probably the most responsive host I've ever messaged. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends!
