Place was as described, clean. I would advise being careful with parking, there is street parking but it is generally limited to 2 or 3 hours! Checkout process was smooth and Matt was very responsive.

Great spot close to the convention center! The Korean spot on the corner is excellent! It’s kind of a tight spot for 4 people, but doable and everything was just as described!

Wonderful place! Our friends really enjoyed their stay in Petersburg and this will now be our go-to rental for visitors. Regan and Mark were very responsive, the place was clean and nicely appointed. No street or restaurant noise! There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but it is well worth it (and a big reason why there is no outside noise). Highly recommend!

Great spot for a weekend trip to Richmond!

Joe came in person to welcome me to the AirBnb when I arrived. He gave me a lot of information on nearby restaurants and other places to visit. The place was clean and near the heart of Old Town. I highly recommend this AirBnb and him as a host.

This Airbnb was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our stay in Richmond! I had an event at the convention center, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—it was just a short drive away. Street parking was easily accessible at all times, which made things so much easier. I traveled with three kids under 6, and they loved the space. We didn’t want to leave! It was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. While we didn’t end up using it, the backyard was a nice bonus to have. The host was friendly, easy to reach, and always responded quickly. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely book again when returning to Richmond!

This house was perfect for our one night stay. Decent location. The backyard was very peaceful as was the swing on the front porch. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

This house was terrific for family to stay at during our son's graduation place. Beautiful, spacious home in a beautiful setting right on the river. The indoor and outdoor amenities were many and very comfortable. The dock on the river was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for a nice stay.

This was a perfect spot for my 2-year old, 2 dogs, and myself. It's a great deal for the location & a parking pass included for the area. Loved our stay & would definitely book here again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The place was beautiful and historical and stocked thoughtfully. We especially liked hanging out on the front porch which Alyssa made look beautiful with many plants. The best part was the airbnb was walking distance to a lot of the things we wanted to do like brunch at Perly’s and seeing a concert at the national. Can’t recommend enough.

We stayed at Tim’s house for just one night, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. It’s located in Richmond’s charming historic district, with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away. The neighborhood is lovely and feels very welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Reagan's place is a great centrally located base of operations if you're visiting downtown Richmond. It's clean quiet and secure. Access to the building and parking are a little tricky but she's provided very detailed instructions that make it easy. Although our stay was brief, Reagan was a lovely host, a pleasure to meet, and very responsive. Highly recommended for RVA visits!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Mark is quick to respond and took care of anything we had come up on our visit to Richmond. The location is close to all major attractions and restaurants, but also a quite a family friendly neighborhood. Parking could get tight if parking lot was full, but still doable in a sedan. Highly recommend Mark’s AirBnB!

My wife and I come to Richmond a few times a year and we have stayed at Suzy's place twice. It's in a great neighborhood and has off-street parking. The only reservations we have are that the sheets and comforter are polyester, so bring our own cotton ones; and the kitchen is not well stocked with utensils and cookware. That might not be an issue for others, but we like to cook some meals ourselves instead of always going out. Other than that, we will continue to stay here when we visit Richmond.
