My family of 4 had a pleasant stay; the house was spotless & amenities were great for kids 2 & 6. The children’s museum and science museum are 5 mins drive away, and the Carytown strip is a 15 min walk. The electric car charger was such a bonus! Would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated and clean studio. Studio faces pool and outdoor seating of food hall so it was a bit loud in the evening. Food hall is a great place for drinks and food, however very limited options for vegans. Overall, a pleasant experience and would book again.

Bryson's place is truly a home away from home. Me and my son have stayed multiple times and every time I am delighted to be there and sad to leave. The bed is so comfortable. The blinds and gossamer curtains in the bedroom give it a very homey feel. Using the office as a small bedroom for my toddler is just perfect. We are close to each other but have our own space. The kitchen is clean and well appointed. And the home itself is really in the very best part of the Fan. We really love staying there and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Richmond. And to top it off Bryson and Teri are really nice people. They do an excellent job hosting. They are always available and communicate quickly, clearly and proactively.

I truthfully don’t think 1000 characters is enough to describe my experience. From start to end Eugene has been a wonderful host, making my stay worthwhile. I previously stayed at one of his listings and that’s what drove me to return as a guest at his home. From the quick responses to the cleanliness of the homes, the beautiful decor (which might I add are the PERFECT touches), and the comforting feeling of “home away from home.” It’s just PERFECT. I had so much fun playing pool, the building amenities were amazing as well, watching my favorite shows on the projectors gave a movie theater at home feeling and might I add, an uber ride ANYWHERE from the apartment isn’t long at all. I can honestly say that I will always book a stay with Eugene every time I come back to Virginia. Look no where else, this is the place to be. Eugene I thank you so much for accommodating me on my stay and going above and beyond to make sure all was well.

Although we had a brief communication issue, Felicity was there with the support I needed. She reached out proactively to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend and would book with her again!

If you ever coming to richmond for a short or long stay i definitely recommend this place to stay in downtown richmond, Eugene definitely has different listings to encounter as well, the host is very responsive and attentive to anything you might need during your stay, this place is definitely great place and location.

Lovely home in a beautiful part of Richmond! We held a graduation weekend for our son, had several friends for dinner, and it all worked perfectly. Well appointed home, comfortable beds, and a great location. Very satisfied with our choice.

What a cultural treat! The host's collection of art and books from around the world added a unique touch to my stay. The place was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

What a lovely gem in Richmond! Nothing but good things to say about the house; lovely backyard, clean and modern interior, and a very comfortable bed. We were especially fond of the permaculture backyard; it's not something you see often, but it was a really lovely and unique aspect of the property that we enjoyed (and I'm supportive of the effort/theory behind it)!

This house was terrific for family to stay at during our son's graduation place. Beautiful, spacious home in a beautiful setting right on the river. The indoor and outdoor amenities were many and very comfortable. The dock on the river was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for a nice stay.

We were very happy to have found Jamal's house on such short notice. It was well appointed and clean. The area was quiet and peaceful. Jamal was a very helpful host. We'd love to stay there again next year, and add a couple of extra days!

Very nice on inside. Location did not feel entirely safe - saw graffiti and bars on some windows. I definitely would not be walking to any of the locations the owner mentioned at night.

We were three adults and a toddler and it worked out well for us with the large backyard and patio, and walks along the river, and a park with a playground nearby, as well as the Maymont estate just across the river with more attractions. It's a quiet neighborhood, but the busy city is just a short drive away. Everything was comfortable and child-friendly, except the shower is a bit feeble and complicated to work. Parking in the driveway was easy and very convenient to have the vehicle so close by. There is ample storage space in the master bedroom, but none in the other bedroom with a double bed. There is a closet in the living room with hangers; just don't forget that you have hung things in there, as I did. Fortunately, my daughter checked everywhere and found my clothes before we left! Scott answered the occasional question very promptly with helpful information.
