Apartment holiday rentals in Chesterfield County

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

The location was super convenient for exploring downtown Richmond, and the house was clean and comfortable. It worked great for our family (2 adults & 2 kids). This would not be the place for you if you have any mobility limitations, though, as the bedrooms can only be accessed by a long staircase (shared with the other units in the building) or a narrow spiral staircase inside the unit.

We had another nice stay at Mark’s place while attending our daughter’s graduation at VCU.

This was a fantastic space to stay, in a great part of the city. Mark and his team were very responsive and awesome hosts. I have rented a lot of places on Airbnb and Mark's place is one of the best.

Great place to stay in Richmond!

Thank you for a lovely stay! we loved the character of this apartment. The beds were comfy, the cot was easy to set up, the climate control was easy and worked well. Eugene was very responsive in troubleshooting the TV. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

Mark and Tommy were terrific hosts - always helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The apartment is is a great location, easily walkable to museums, restaurants, and cafes as well as VCU. Highly recommend if you are coming to Richmond.

I had a great stay. The apartment reminded me of my father's loft in Brooklyn. Very clean, very nice view. Lots of things to get into at a walking distance. Mark was very responsive and kind and I would love to stay there again. thanks Mark . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a great, centrally located spot for all that we needed to do. Space was beautiful, and bed quite comfortable!

Great apartment to stay at in downtown Richmond, definitely beats staying at a hotel! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Only downside is that 10am checkout felt a little early. Would definitely recommend for a weekend in Richmond and would definitely stay again!
