Holiday rentals with a patio in Chesterfield County

Incredible! We drove two hours to a different Airbnb that hadn’t been cleaned and found ourselves searching for a nearby alternative on a Sunday evening in a hailstorm. Found Wyatt & Ami’s place with availability within minutes and arrived on their doorstep 10 minutes later. WHAT A DELIGHT! The apartment was even better than our imaginations … we were enjoying a glass of wine in a local Bodega they recommended minutes later. Fell in love with the neighborhood and the lodging … it is our IT place to stay from now on in Richmond!!! Thank you, Wyatt, Ami and Lee!!

We stayed for a volleyball tournament. We were able to get there by walking in under 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The canal walk is close and there is a playground across the street.

This being our 5th time as always Eileen never lets us down.... We will be back again....

Trey’s place was perfect for our short stay. Close to the places we spent time. Trey and Emily were friendly and responsive. Look forward to staying again next time we are in Richmond.

It all comes down the moment you walk through the door! We parked in the back of the house off the alley, a bit tricky to figure out at first, entered the door code and entered a fabulous space. The kitchen was bright, cheerful and clean. The air conditioning was cranked on, thankfully as it was a hot humid day. The big question was which of the 2 bedrooms? We chose the bedroom near the living space, figuring the front bedroom on Main Street could be noisy…though the neighborhood ended up being quiet. Alyssa and Donnie seemed to think of all our potential needs. The wi-fi was easy to connect to our devices, the kitchen was well organized, the bathroom was stocked with soaps, plenty of towels (wash, hand, bath and makeup) even the pantry had a few staples. Overall, I would rate the experience as EXCELLENT, from the first moment to the last. We will definitely stay here again on the next visit to Richmond.

great location and peaceful place to stay during my work trip. close enough to stores and restaurants but also tucked away in a quiet location to still have peace.

James is an amazing host! Super responsive and professional! He provided lots of information about the area, had clear expectations of his guests, and was extremely communicative and thoroughly answered all of my questions. James is friendly and his place was clean, well stocked with amenities, and very comfortable. It was a pleasure staying at his Airbnb!

Casey was nothing short of amazing! He responded quickly to messages and was even flexible with check in time, which was a life saver! The apartment was so clean, nicely decorated, and inviting! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well! 10/10 recommend! He even left a bottle of wine with a kind note ! The wine was delicious!

Lovely home in a beautiful part of Richmond! We held a graduation weekend for our son, had several friends for dinner, and it all worked perfectly. Well appointed home, comfortable beds, and a great location. Very satisfied with our choice.

Josh’s home was perfect for a girl’s weekend for 4 long-time friends.. His home was clean, comfortable and in a peaceful neighborhood. Within walking distance of Carytown and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and communication with Josh was excellent. I would highly recommend his home!

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

This home and this neighborhood is old and completely charming. Walking inside through the front door just feels good— everything is tastefully furnished and decorated with just the right touch of modern amenities. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Truly well done and a big thank you to our hosts! Blair was so responsive and helpful. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing stay that allowed us to have a perfect Richmond weekend. We loved the neighborhood and sitting in the front porch as well as frequenting the local restaurants and coffee shops. Comfy bed and it was nice to have the space to relax or use the kitchen.

Very nice on inside. Location did not feel entirely safe - saw graffiti and bars on some windows. I definitely would not be walking to any of the locations the owner mentioned at night.

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. You can tell the host put thought into the little details that make guests feel at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe, and everything I needed was just a short drive away. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Had a great weekend. Everything as described. House is just down street from police station so felt extra safe. The street itself is a few townhouses but walkable to several restaurants just a couple minutes away. Carytown maybe 20-30 minute walk. Beds comfy and clean. Kitchen clean and well equipped. Another plus was the double parking space which was gated. We had three cars and parked two for the weekend without worry. Would stay here again

Thank you for a lovely stay! we loved the character of this apartment. The beds were comfy, the cot was easy to set up, the climate control was easy and worked well. Eugene was very responsive in troubleshooting the TV. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Great spot! We were there for the 2nd Best Comedy Festival, hosted by the nearby Coalition Theater. This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. Location-wise, it couldn't have been more accessible to the Downtown Arts District and all the shows. Our hosts were super responsive and we'd be happy to stay here again!

The condo is renovated and very clean! It’s good location if you are looking to be downtown. It has parking which is a plus!

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

This location was perfect! We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops and felt safe doing so. The condo had everything needed and the bed is on the firmer side which was perfect for me!

Very cute little place to stay for a while. You have access to lots of restaurants and stores not too far away as well as having the public transport bus 1 block up from your stay to get you to places.
