sheppards folly

Really lovely stay in a beautiful, warm cabin which had everything we needed! Towels, juice, tea, coffee, milk all included. Wifi was helpful with the lack of signal. We arrived in the dark, so it was lovely to wake up to see the horses and ducks!

LLan-Y-Pwll Farm, Double Decker Glamping Bus 1

Christopher PaulRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Thanks for a lovely stay. Kids absolutely loved staying on a bus and didn't want to come home. Hosts were great, good communication and information sent over. Bus was exactly as described. Close to town centre and lots of restaurants/activities etc. Nice and quiet and overlooked a nice field with good views. As i say, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

The Millpond Caravan, Machynlleth

AnnaRating, 5 stars22 months ago
We loved staying in the Mill Pond Caravan. The grounds are just stunning! Julie's instructions were very clear, so we found it and got in easily. The caravan is cosy and well equipped. fresh clean towels and bed linens and extra blankets if you get chilly. We had a bit of a wet week weather-wise, so it was great to be able to pop the heating on quickly in the morning to take the edge off. Otherwise, the caravan is warm and dry and cosy. Julie is definitely a super host, very friendly and welcoming. The kids absolutely loved the walk up into the orchard and then back down by the waterfall to follow the mill stream back. This place is stunning. Thank you for a lovely sta x

Large caravan in beautiful South Shropshire

BeauRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in Jan’s accommodation. We arrived 1st week of March and were greeted with a very clean, warm living space. The freshly cut Daffodils were a nice touch. You get your own little boundary containing a lush lawn, 2 beautiful apple trees and lots of seasonal flowers, it’s pretty and you get a nice sense of privacy. Jan is a great host. She is very friendly & communicative, has great local knowledge and always happy to help with whatever she can. She gives you plenty of space to enjoy your break but if you’re up for a chinwag she has all the time for you. The town of Bishops Castle has a lot to offer, with lots of small businesses that seem to be thriving. There are a selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes all of which are good in their own ways. Our favourite was probably the Happy Bap for a small bite and a coffee. There is also an excellent quality butcher, petrol station, 2 convenience shops and variety of cute crafty shops.

Indie - The 100% Electric Classic Camper

What fun we had! Stick to short trips on little roads at first, then you can really enjoy the whole experience. The hand over and personal introduction to Indie was perfect. Lots of great pictures. Would love to repeat the trip!

We had a last minute stay with Dave for a music event, my second time staying at the motorhome for an event. Dave is brilliant with communication and always happy to accommodate. The motorhome is exactly as described and Dave is happy to answer any questions promptly. Lovely stay yet again. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Country Escape with View | Gwerniago Lodge Pennal

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at the brand new lodge at Gwerniago. It was spotlessly clean and had brand new kitchenware, linen and furniture. Having stayed at Gwerniago numerous times we knew how beautiful it is, and despite the weather we enjoyed the comforts of the lodge. The lodge is a super location for Aberdovey, Tywyn and surrounding areas. We would highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.

The Hideaway Hut. (Shepherds Hut)

StephanieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I just want to say a big thank you to Jo and her dad for building a fully off grid shepherds hut that is beautiful inside and out. We booked very last minute due to an issue where we were camping, Jo quickly accepted our request and communicated with us in a prompt and friendly manner. We arrived at Jo’s hut at nearly 8pm and she went above and beyond making sure we were looked after and was waiting for us to show us the basics which was a lovely touch. The hidaway hut has been crafted in a way that you have everything you need should you forget anything. Jo is extremely friendly and attentive and will make sure you have a lovely stay! Although it was a short stay of only a few hours we had such a good nights sleep and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Howgill caravans-Fell View- Yorkshire Dales lodge

DebbieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Highly recommend Fell View. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Extra touch was the basket with firewood and marshmallows to toast on the firepit. Nice scenery all around. Pleasant walk to the local pub in Appletreewick. Amazing walks from the site, along the river to Barton Bridge and further to Bolton Abbey Priory. Short drive to Embsay to take a ride on the steam train to Bolton Abbey. Skipton canal cruise was also great and added bonus of the market in Skipton. We'd definitely book again. Thanks for an amazing mini break.

Caravan Grace

BryanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed at this site last night for a stopover from doing Mount Snowdon - we were both extremely tired when we got into the accommodation and didn’t know what to expect, as from experience, some places do not match their description and/or photos - this place did! It exceeded it, and we both felt at home straight away. This is a dog friendly caravan as we had our little man with us, but you would never know a furry friend had been in it..extremely well kept, clean, tidy and smelt nice. We would 1000% recommend and we will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thank you so much for a lovely stay xx

The Horsebox

CatherineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Loved waking up to the view of the lake every morning (we'll miss the ducks as they were entertaining to watch!). Being able to open up the horsebox and lay out on the sofa bed was a great feature. Berb was very welcoming and helpful, he even found us some sweetcorn as we had nothing for bait for fishing. A peaceful experience overall - we'd love to return.

Luxury Horsebox. 3 double beds.

Victoria IsabelleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Where do I start! First time booking an air bnb, and we were blown away with our experience. We’re a family of truck enthusiasts so this was right up our street. Communication from the point of booking right through to our departure was on point. Lee is an amazing host and we’d like to thank him for his incredible hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The horse box was packed with all the food we needed and more, the only down side was my son couldn’t find the ketchup for his breakfast, which is fine, he eats too much as it is! The bedding was clean and comfortable. Rest room was clean and tidy. All instructions from light switches, heating, how to flush the toilet, using the tv, everything was really well explained. Great value for money and we look forward to staying again! Thank you again Lee, you’re a star ⭐

Gorgeous Caravan @ Hartington Hills, Peak District

WilliamRating, 5 stars15 months ago
Had a fantastic time staying in this caravan . Facilities on the site were spotless. The site is in a fantastic location for people who love going on countryside walks, but also in driving distance to towns and attractions. Also the parks WiFi is better than most hotels I have stayed in. Would definitely stay again.

The Garden Cabin & Hot Tub Todmorden

BenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, quiet, private, and hidden away. Nice and close to local towns that are within walking distance (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill). The location is stunning, accommodation is as described and Kirsty is very friendly. I would honestly recommend this booking to anyone considering it as there is not one single negative I can think of. Many thanks for having us and if we are to visit the area again we will likely rebook. 5 stars! Ben & Maddy

Explore the Welsh hills!

TamasRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
If you want a vibrant city around you, and a fancy coffee in the morning in walking distance, then it isn't your place, but it was never promised anything like this. Description is spot on, tidy caravan in the middle of Wales hills. Martyn and his family are very friendly, the place is nice. Their 2 dogs behaved calmly and friendly so you don't worry about them (they are mentioned in the description) After all. If you know what a caravan (not a holiday home) means as an accommodation, you will be happy what you get! I would recommend him and his accommodation honestly.

Off-Grid Horsebox Retreat in Rural Mid Wales

RobertRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the woodlem box. Duncan met us on arrival and talked us through everything we needed to know and we met Sara when we were checking out. Both of them were super nice and friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. The place itself is a lovely little place with everything you need for a stay away and the fire and hob were super easy to use. The bose speaker in the place is really good too and you can't hear the music from the loo so no worries about disturbing the hosts at all. Being greeted by the chickens when going outside was cool, there's a couple of big fellas amongst them but all friendly. The fire in the place really doesn't take much to heat the place up so just be aware to maybe open a couple of windows if you like chucking wood on the fire haha We took a short drive out to Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall and lake Vyrnwy and the scenery was beautiful. Also had food at the Raven in Welshpool which was nice. All in all a superb trip!

Lovely get away for 2 nights. Peaceful, we used the sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Beautiful place will definitely return. Greeted by a lovely dog when we drove in absolutely loved it! Walked into Ruthin town for food and checking out the shops, plenty of local friendly pubs for a pint on the walk home. Host messaged back straight away with any questions. Highly rate :)
